I had a very disappointing experience with this company and strongly advise others to be cautious.
The items I received were completely different from what was advertised — wrong design, wrong colors, and poor quality. This is very misleading and does not match what was shown on their website.
The company advertises a 30-day full refund guarantee, but in reality, they do not honor it properly. Instead, they offer only partial refunds or require customers to pay to ship items internationally (to China), which was never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
They also claim free UPS delivery within the United States, but my order did not arrive via UPS and took much longer than expected.
One of the items arrived in a plastic bag with no box, no tags, and no manufacturer information, which raises serious concerns about product quality and safety.
Overall, this experience felt misleading, not transparent, and highly untrustworthy. The way this company operates gives a strong impression of deceptive and questionable business practices, especially regarding how orders, payments, and returns are handled. this is a scam, and fraud.
Customers should be extremely cautious before making any payment.

This website is scam. They got my money and never sent me my item. The tracking says in transit for 2 weeks. There is no direct contact and I e- mailed them and they say I get my item within1-2 days. Nothing. Watch out and not to order fromThis website. Crook and not reliable.

I emailed the company about purchasing a slipcover for my couch. I sent them the measurements and they recommended a couple slipcovers for the size I had. I have an L shaped couch so I needed 2 covers. I didn't put it on right away but when I finally did, the fit wasn't right. I also didn't like how it made my couch look. It definitely wasn't like how they advertised. So I only tried to put one on and didn't bother putting the second one on. I tried to contact them for a return, exchange or credit, but they wouldn't because of the 14 day policy. I understand there is a policy but these haven't been used at all and are brand new. I would hate to throw them away instead of returning them so someone can get good use out of them. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the fact that they recommended a size that didn't work for my couch.
