I ordered part for my jeep

I ordered part for my jeep. Took my $97 immediately. Order confirmation sent via email. Waited 3 weeks for tracking number. When I finally got response they had cancelled my order. I've tried via email and calling to get my refund with no success. Horrible company. I still have nothing. This has lasted over 3 months.

Do not even think to spent any penny at…

Do not even think to spent any penny at this scam company!
Placed order back in February 2023, FedEx lost it and refused to accept my claim and insisted for sender to claim lost package cost. Been in communications since then and now can get any reply. Been promised to be refunded since April by Eden Del Rosario and Mae Ventura, and been ignore since early June. It's a $700 dollar order that i didn't received. its just been stolen from me. i van provide multiple evidences of communications and etc.. Lets get together and sue that scam!

Wrong part first then Bad part second.This company sent me the wrong part the…

This company sent me the wrong part the first time after double and triple checking with them on the specs. of the truck and sent me bad misaligned forged parts that wouldn’t even fit on my truck because of poor quality control issues never being addressed at time of production which cost me to spend twice as much on parts and labor to get the job done right which amounted to over $500 in cost. Do not do business with Morris 4x4 ever, I learned my lesson the hard way .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a trektop nx for my jl wrangler was told it was in stock ready to ship. They IMMEDIATELY charged my card the $1001.64 THEN the next day I get an E mail the product was out of stock! BUT It seems this is all NORMAL behavior for this company if you read the other reviews like I should have but did not. Non existent customer service AND the website is conveniently down. Once they have your money they disappear...No one will answer the phone or even reply to E mails. So I as others have done resorted to calling my card company to report fraud and wait for them to sort it out. No wonder the better business bureau has given them an F rating!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!

'F' rating from BBB

Horrible company. Too much to list but basically, they have my $196 and I have nothing. I'll have to go through my credit card company and dispute the charge for a refund. Wish I had checked them out first. The Better Business Bureau rates them an F. Please don't repeat my mistake! Check them on BBB before buying anything from these crooks.

Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I placed an order for a carburetor on 6/26 that according to their website was in stock and shipping the next day. I never received any kind of email with receipt or shipping info. Payment was cleared and paid through PayPal. I have sent several emails with no reply back. No one answers the toll fee number and now the website is down. A week has passed with no shipping info or part. Starting to feel like this is now a fraudulent site. I have bought from them before and have never had issues. Buyers beware of this site.

Waited patiently for my item to ship.. of course they immediately took my money. 3 weeks, arrival date and I get an email with a refund credit but no explanation. Can’t check it because website is down!!!

STAY AWAY | SCAM BUSINESS

On May 1, 2023 i reached out to the Morris in requesting a refund for the defective product. The product sent was defective when installing it in my vehicle. It’s a brake booster, which controls the entire vehicle braking system. If it’s defective, it will cause an accident. This is a huge matter for a company that sent a faulty item.

The merchant responded and said they would need to reach out to the manufacturer to process this return. I was confused as to why they need to contact the manufacturer for a return that was bought directly from the Morris 4x4 website. As a customer, we have rights to return a defective product (stated in their return policy), and the process should be easily handled. However, their support and service was difficult. This has caused more time, money and energy as the vehicle is my daily driver and now it does not operate. I recommend to shop elsewhere, and save yourself the time in getting quality parts from a reliable source. I should have checked the reviews on the internet prior to purchasing such an expensive product that i still have not receive my refund for a defective product after shipping it back to them.

Orders and customer service

After having a breakdown, I called to submit an order to have it overnighted to me. After being promised that no problem it'll be on its way you'll get the tracking number soon.
I never received the tracking numbers.. The website says they're open till 7:00 p.m. eastern time, I tried calling several times between 4:00 and 7:00 in the voicemail says they were closed.
I called on Monday and spoke to another customer service rep who said oh no problem they would be shipped out tomorrow and I asked to speak to a supervisor. Again, the parts were not shipped and the supervisor never called. So, I have now canceled the order in order from someone else and vow to never ever deal with Morris 4x4 again.

terrible customer service and returns

Called for rear pinion yoke and the rep found the correct one. They shipped the wrong one (different #) so I sent it back. Weeks later I still get the same 2 to 4 business days till the next thing happens. They even said the return rules changed the day they received the item back. They keep piling the stuff.
They are a 3rd party seller that has very poor customer service. I've been in this business over 50 years and they are in the bottom 1%. do not deal with this company!

Poor Customer Service

Placed an order for a steering stabilizer. Waited for a week with no shipping confirmation. Contacted them to cancel the order. 4 business days after the cancellation, the order shipped. When I requested to return the item, I had to pay a $15 return shipping fee. This is very poor customer service and completely unacceptable. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

If a customer of ours decides to cancel their order and it has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. However, we must first submit that cancellation request to fulfillment to confirm the shipment hasn't already been sent. This can take up to 1-2 business days and in your case since the request was submitted on a Friday, it went to shipment before your request could be completed. Had to contact Morris 4x4 three…

Had to contact Morris 4x4 three seperate times when shipping date came and passed. Company has not reached out a single time when the order continues to be delayed. I have had to make contact each time. Currently waiting on my 4th updated ship by date because this company misleads about their stock on hand. Two thumbs down 👎 👎

Removal of International Shipping with no explanation!

I am located in Australia and have bought many items from Morris over the last few months and it was disappointing to see that they have removed international shipping with no rhyme or reason. I had stuff in my cart to place an order one day and the next the option has been removed.

Their FAQs now say they don’t offer international shipping whereas 3-4 days ago it still had the blurb about using fedex. Would it have been so hard to update the FAQ with the reason you’ve stopped international orders all of a sudden instead of reverting to an old page?

I have tried to chat (it doesn’t work) and I have raised cases and days later, still no one has responded to me with any explanation as to why.

Absolutely pathetic and shameful when a company cannot communicate a change. Communication is free and doesn’t cost you anything to keep potential customers informed.

My money will obviously be now spent elsewhere.

Unknown Order Delivery Date

I ordered 6 products, two arrived, the other 4 items I cannot get a ship date, or any information after multiple e-mails, phone calls, and chats. The website shows order/delivery complete.

Morris 4x4 response was to email order number - I already have, now three emails sent , one phone call and one online chat - all with the order number provided....no response,,,,I tried to cancel, no response. 10 days after the order is placed and paid for $400 worth of product with no idea if I will ever receive it.

I ordered items from morris and had to…

I ordered items from morris and had to return the entire order and I was supposed to get a refund minus a 20% restocking fee but out of a 300$ order I only got refunded 56 and 44 dollars after calling customer service twice and getting run around pretty much gave up on getting the entire refund

Wrong part sent as others mentioned, $120 return fee on $172 item

I had the exact same experience as someone else mentioned. Ordered part for correct model 2008 year for my Wrangler. They sent confirmation of model year 2011. I didnt notice until item got here and I got it out of package. Now they are asking >$100 for return on a $172 item. I have ordered a replacement 3 biz days ago and havent heard from them yet.

Unfortunately if the confirmation email showed a 2011, that means you must have accidentally selected that during check out. That being said, if your ordered a replacement, we can waive the return fees. Also, please note the restocking fee is only 20%, and if you choose to use our return label, there will be an additional fee for that. NO ORDER, BUT TOOK MY MONEY!

Tried to place an order for fender flares using PayPal for checkout. Website appeared to glitch while placing order, and when I got back to cart screen saw product still in cart and order didn’t go through. Checked PayPal and saw a charge. Called customer service and was assured the PayPal charge would “drop off” within hours and confirmed no order was placed. Next morning, PayPal charge remains, check bank account and money removed! Immediately called CS AGAIN and was told, oh, now we have to give it 24-48 hours to see if an order “catches up” in our system. Gave them 24 hours. No order in system, money still out of account.
Emailed CS and demanded an immediate refund, since no order was ever placed. Was told, okay, but this may take 7-14 business days to “investigate and refund.” No, absolutely not! You did not hesitate to take my money illegally but now I have to wait to get it back?!? I have filed a dispute with PayPal. This company is ridiculous. Stay away and order from a reputable source. I wish I had read these reviews prior to making my mistake.

Had to open a PayPal dispute. Tried to work with Morris but they kept telling me to “drop the dispute” or they “couldn’t help me,” even after repeatedly telling them a “dispute” is for buyers and sellers to work TOGETHER. They refused. After the prescribed time for the dispute with no refund given, I changed the case to a claim with all of my supporting documentation. Thankfully it was closed in my favor and I have now been refunded. This should not have happened, do better Morris 4x4!!!

Dissatisfaction again by the middle man company

This is a middle man company. They do not have a stocked warehouse like the other big name brand companies.
They take our order and go find it based off of an average price.

3 main things about this company suck.
Shipping is always delayed. I've placed 3 fairly large orders and they have never been close to their estimated delivery date.
Customer service is awful. Part of the reason why is the people that work here or answer the chat or phones have zero knowledge. They offer no solutions bcuz they are bound by the middle man contract. Since they buy from a different source they have to abide by their suppliers return contracts. They cant just put it back in their warehouse on the shelf again.
I placed an order for a rear bumper on 12/14 for one of my tj's because it was $40 cheaper than other online shops. I recieved a shipping and arrival date 2 days later. 2 days later from that day I recieved an adjusted delivery and arrival date saying it would be 8 more days out for arrival.
All 3 orders have been the same story.

Customer service offered no reason and no suggested discount like you would get from the big warehouse stores.

I'll be giving my money to another company that respects its customers. Price vs time in all 3 of these cases was definitely not worth it.

During COVID we had quite a few delays, like most other retailers, which is why you see delay complaints. However, we have since been fulfilling most orders within the promised timeframe. Horrible customer service!!!

Horrible customer service!!!! Order parts through there online system. When I received the confirmation it was for a later year model. I contacted them immediately to fix it. I was told I had already shipped. On the weekend within a hour. When I tried to return it the estimated refund was $250 out of a $500 order. I was told they couldn't duplicate the error so it was on me. It could have been handled at time of the order. Stay away! Stay away!!

Ordered 3 inch Aries Nerf bars which…

Ordered 3 inch Aries Nerf bars which arrived without mounting hardware and emailed instantly to query and was told they’d contact the supplier and after being messed around 5 days I just cancelled the upcoming payment for them to email me saying it was under my liability and that it was shipped. I then proceeded to get the manufacturer weight which was 44lbs and my parcel was 39lbs so this indicates that they have misplaced or took out my hardware and insisted that I cannot receive a refund but indicated that if I pay shipping back to them they would consider it. Took all screenshots of conversations with customer service to refer back to, will be reordering the same item of another supplier but definitely wouldn’t recommended purchasing anything through this site. Seems like a money snatch and into the sunset. Hard not to laugh haha
