Ann is a superstar!

Ann at Morris Homes has been fantastic in helping us with viewings at St Michaels Park, Upton. We visited the new Coventry Site today…

We visited the new Coventry Site today Station Grange. Immediately you were greeted by the staff and made to feel welcome. All the options were explained thoroughly and in detail. Although the show house wasn’t ready we got a good feeling and understanding of the properties we were interested in. Hopefully this will prepare us for the journey ahead with Morrison Homes and the perfect hosts Jessica and Pauline.

Professional and Supportive from the Very Beginning

We recently met with Ann at Morris Homes, St Micheal’s Park, after viewing a number of new build options around Northampton, and she has been excellent from the very beginning. Ann took the time to explain the different developments, layouts, and options available, making the whole process very clear and approachable.

We are still at the start of our journey but are most likely going to select one of the Morris Homes builds, and that’s in no small part thanks to Ann’s friendly, professional, and patient approach. She made what could have felt overwhelming into an enjoyable and exciting experience.

If the rest of the process is anything like the start, we feel confident moving forward with Morris Homes.

Above and beyond support

We recently bought our new home through Morris Homes, and Ann was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire process. From start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble—no question was too small, and no request was an inconvenience. From start to finish, I’ve had such a positive experience with Morris Homes. Ann has been absolutely wonderful – so caring and supportive throughout the whole process. She really took the time to guide me, answer my questions, and made me feel completely at ease.

When it came to the house handover, Florin was fantastic. He was incredibly thorough and made sure everything was explained clearly, with great attention to detail. I felt reassured knowing he was checking everything so carefully.

Overall, I felt truly listened to and that there was a genuine concern from both Ann and Florin to provide the best possible experience. Their professionalism and kindness made such a difference, and I’m really grateful for all their help.

Our new home, Shelbourne Estates, Upton, Northampton

We recently purchased our new home, and I can confidently say that the experience has been nothing short of amazing, largely thanks to Jess and Lynne. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to ensure that our home-buying journey was smooth and enjoyable.

Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. Jess was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and provided us with insightful information about the neighbourhood's we were considering. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, which made all the difference in finding the perfect home for us.

Lynne was equally impressive, guiding us through the paperwork and negotiations with clarity and patience. Both of their attention to detail and organizational skills made the entire process feel seamless. We never felt overwhelmed, as Lynne and Jess were always available to answer our questions and address our concerns promptly.

Hugglescote Grange

Having moved into our new build home in June we can honestly say the team at Hugglescote have been excellent!! Jack and Pauline helped with the purchase they provided all the information we needed and just getting everything sorted - from the day we phoned to make an enquiry to making our reservation Jack was able to answer our (many) questions. We were pleasantly surprised by the build quality and the ‘extra features’ that were included as standard - turfed garden/burglar alarm/outside tap and spot lights in kitchen and bathroom. Following completion and moving in the site team - Martin and Richard were on hand to help with our snagging list - most of which were very minimal and all sorted out in relatively good timing and with very minimal disruption to ourselves.
We are very happy with our new home Thankyou!

Fantastic service at Alconbury Weald

Megan Irwin from the Alconbury Weald office was fantastic and helped lift our spirits up from an unsavoury experience we had with another builder on the estate.

She not only reassured us, but dutifully guided us through what our options would be regarding deposit contributions and mortgages despite us having troubles selling our current property. She was warm and open with us, gave us realistic scenarios and was was overall positive in her outlook. We left feeling like we had been heard and were quite optimistic for the future.

Great Customer Service…

We had a truly excellent experience purchasing our new build home from Morris Homes, namely Angela. From the very beginning, Angela was professional, transparent, and genuinely committed to delivering a high-quality home. The sales process was smooth and well-communicated, and any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly.

The quality of the build exceeded our expectations, with great attention to detail and high-quality finishes throughout. We also appreciated how the developer kept us updated on progress and timelines, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Even after we moved in, the aftercare service was responsive and helpful, which gave us real peace of mind. We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and would highly recommend Morris Homes to anyone considering buying a new build.

The company truly changed our lives

The company truly changed our lives. What sets them apart is their personal, custom approach—and above all, their honesty. Unlike many others who just want to push products, Morris Homes genuinely cared about helping us find the home of our dreams. They achieved what felt impossible for us, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The house itself is built with high-quality materials, and their aftercare has been outstanding. AVOID, corrupt Customer Care

I was a once happy customer of Morris Homes St Mary's Park until recently when their Customer Care department abandoned me.

The quality of the decorating and finishing is awful in these houses, it is as if a child has done it. Morris Homes sent out their "maintenance team" who somehow made the issues worse, causing DAMAGE to my property. To make the situation worse still, they only showed up for half the time I was promised.

They sent round their customer care manager to my house who played her game well by being apologetic and pointing out the "awful" and "unacceptable" quality of the decorating and promised to make things right. Unfortunately this was all lip service and she was overridden by her keyboard warrior boss, the Head of Customer Care, who has complete contempt for customers.

I was given a small amount of money that would cover at most 3 days for a professional painter to put things right. Not even enough to fix the DAMAGE caused to my property by their team. The Head of Customer Care outright refused to come out and take a look for himself, is he scared of his judgement being proven wrong?

In addition to the poor decorating, they have outright refused to replace my dying front grass that is laid on unprepared soil (it's like walking on the moon it's that bad). They sent round a lazy contractor who did not even do a proper inspection and soon after denied to do anything, simply closing the case.

When someone from customer care came out to look at my decorating, she called the front grass "unacceptable". They have tried all sorts of excuses to avoid what they know is the right thing to do, however for them it's all about money. Of course, the Head of Customer Care is doing his usual tricks of hiding behind his keyboard, even refusing to give me a phone call or come out and look for himself.

He said if I was unhappy with his decision I could make a "formal complaint". I asked who deals with these and he replied "he does". It's an absolute JOKE.

Morris Homes' practices are completely corrupt and they think they can get away with abandoning customers. It's now all about the money for them, as they are trying to recoup their £15 million loss last year. Little do they know, annoying your customers is not a good way to sell overpriced houses.

This is a real shame as everyone on the sales side is lovely and a credit to the company, however power hungry individuals in management ruin the whole experience.

As someone who is in the market to buy more property, Morris Homes were going to potentially get more of my money, but never again now.
