DO NOT buy from this seller

DO NOT buy from this seller. You will not receive your money back in case you have to return items of your order. Seller refused my return upon delivery. In addition bad handling for non-UK customers. No return label, no help with shipping back items. On top of it, very rude and unprofessional handling and very unpolite e-mails from seller, like described by person below. Never had a bad experience like this before and I shop everything online!

Unfortunately we will no be able to accept your return.

Its been almost 4 weeks 25days since you contacted us. Returns are meant to be received within 14 days from receipt of you shipment.

You created shipment on 10.2.2022, however parcel was dropped off on 3.3.2022, 3 weeks later

Unfortunately this is not acceptable.

Well, if you don’t provide any return label and are outside the EU and don’t comply with the legal return laws here, you have to consider delays.
It’s was a major Hassel with UPS to return the package and I am expecting you to accept it. If not, I will launch an official complaint and will make sure my experience is being online on the internet and social for customers to see.

7. To sum up, we have provided you with clear instructions how tor return your parcel on the 1st day you contacted us. We have also tried to communicate with you throughout the whole process, which you ignored completely. As per our T&C's, international returns are at expense of the customer, to which you agreed when you placed an order.

8. You cannot blame us for failure in this process, when you couldn't be bothered to drop off your parcel for 3 weeks and also been threatening us with bad reviews.

9. Of course we didnt accept your return upon delivery, as you didnt follow our clear instructions to specify on custom declaration "goods being returned" and we were asked to pay £150 in import duties and taxes.

10. Your communication from the first moment was totally unacceptable. We tried to help, you ignored us. What else you expect from us?

11. Except your return and another return from below reviewer Ghazaleh mo (who shipped goods also from Germany and came damaged) we didnt experience any issues with international customers returning their parcels, as they clearly communicated with us throughout the whole process.

Beautiful boots but really…

Beautiful boots but really unprofessional employees! They send emails in unprofessional and inappropriate way! Not acceptable if you want to be serious and PROFESSIONAL!

Madam, sending damaged goods back and notifying you of this is not unprofessional neither inappropriate. The fact you are angry because deductions were made from your refund, doesn't mean you can put bad reviews wherever you wish. Would you accept damaged goods if we were to ship them to you? I had to send something back to…

I had to send something back to MorsePoint (no fault of theirs). The fault occurred 6 months after purchase & I received a full refund. I was impressed with the way it was dealt with & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone 10/10.

Parajumper Light Long Bear - Amazing!

Amazing products, very good packaging when ordering online & excellent customer service.
I ordered a Parajumper Light Longbear jacket in black (size M), and it fits like a glove!

I would definitely recommend the site to all my friends.

Regarding the shipping, it took about five working days to get to Sweden.

Sells stock they don't have

One of those company's that takes orders for stock they don't have and then puts items on long backorder in the hope you won't cancel, having initially claimed to have despatched items,

Don't let the apparent discount or suspicious glut of 5 star reviews fool you.

I cancelled my order and when direct to the manufacturer who delivered within 24 hours

A good example of this 'company's' approach is the following exert from the significant amount of emails sent despite a request to cease all further contact after guidance from the Office of the Informations Commissioner:

'Sad to read this. Im actually lying on the beach while having a glass of wine enjoying my holidays in Maldives hence I have plenty of time to engage with my customers. Thats the reason I do the business. Bad review is a positive review for my business ;)'

Thank you for your unfair review. We feel very relevant to reply to your review which is full of lies. You have placed an order on sunday afternoon 27th November. A reminder email has been sent out to you straight away to remind you that this particular Crockett and Jones boot namely Camberley is on backorder and it will be delivered on 23.1.2017. We always sent those emails out just in case the customer has not noticed the stock availability status clearly shown on our website. Today 1st of December you called the store being extremely rude to my staff namely saying my business got the cash flow problems etc therefore it will take time before we get those boots in stock. Standard turn around for Crockett and Jones factory for shoes not in stock or special orders is 12-16weeks. Ordering something special takes time. You didn't cancel your order, we cancelled it on your behalf as we don't need the business from people who are rude to our staff and insulting the business for having cash flow problems not even knowing how the business operates. Our staff did offer to cancel the order for you but you said you'd wait for the delivery in January. We have never sent you a notification email that your order has been dispatched. After our initial email sent out to you that we have cancelled your order and refunded you the money we got bombarded with tons of insulting emails from your side, one of them is worth noting...currently my team is having a jolly good laugh at your expense as I write this - must be the £1Bn turnover we enjoy and their Christmas bonus!!!

We always pride ourself to provide the best customer service, but one thing we will never accept is when someone is rude to our staff and insulting the business without the reason.

Update: Sir stop lying, we have actually sent you 3 emails in total, one regarding cancellation and other 2 the reaction to your reply that we feel sorry for other retailers doing the business with you as all you have proved was being rude and insulting others... and below was your reply... hence I felt relevant to reply to what you have posted in your update!

Me too - they’ll be in business next year though and they won’t be unethical 1 man bands.

What you have proved however is that business isn’t good with you - you’ve got time to engage with this ridiculous conversation.

And I’d also point out that during the phone call yesterday your representative stated that the item had been dispatched and should be with me 30 Nov.

Please don’t assume because your ability is weak that your customers is of a similar level.

On the plus side, I’ve left you a Trusrtpilot review and currently my team is having a jolly good laugh at your expense as I write this - must be the £1Bn turnover we enjoy and their Christmas bonus!!!

All said, I’m bored of this now and therefore you are directed not to contact me further and to ensure that my details are completely removed from any database you hold.

Fantastic Service

Ordered 2 jackets on a Tuesday arrived next day had to return as needed other size. Sent back and returned items arrived Friday. From order-return and resend 4 days. Brilliant service would use again and recommend. Returns are easy and simply. Customer service excellent.

Impeccable service and pricwas

i must admit I was somewhat sceptical having found a jacket I knew to be very expense for almost half price, a price unseen anywhere else on the web but the item was in stock as stated on the web, a sorry experience I have unfortunately had with various other online retailers who state something is in a sale and online, only to later reveal this is no longer the case. It shipped next day and was at my door, safely packaged within 24 hours of posting. Couldn't fault them if I tried, thank you!
