Very helpful and quick service when I was exploring doing a Buy to Let product switch with my current lender. They gave me several different options and helped me weigh up the overall impact of each on my cashflow. I'm now £300 a month better off without having to put my tenant's rent up - and I got a little thank you gift to my bank account once the product switch had completed. A win:win for sure!!
