Best brokers for self-employed applicants!
As an older self-employed person, I had some doubts about my eligibility for the mortgage I wanted, but in our initial conversation Dan Cosgrove explained to me that self-employed "awkward" people like myself were in fact their speciality, and it was worth my while to put in an application. I got the funding I required in a pretty short space of time thereafter! This company definitely does what it says on the tin - they really understand the issues that self-employed applicants are likely to face. Everything was made as easy and simple as possible, and as a mortgage rookie I'd especially like to thank the aforementioned Dan Cosgrove for his patience in explaining all the little details to a layperson! Everyone who worked on my mortgage application was brilliant, the other Dan - Daniel Tapper - and Kye Basi were fantastic too, updates were frequent and reassuring throughout, really couldn't fault this company at all. 5 stars +

I couldn’t get a mortgage anywhere due…
I couldn’t get a mortgage anywhere due to being a single applicant with negative credit history, one year of accounts, self employed, income without contracts and a 10 percent deposit.
After 3 attempts with different lenders Dylan and Rachel managed a minor miracle. I have my mortgage and I’m ready to move in to our home.
They were very personable, genuine and hardworking throughout the process. A really big thank you.
It’s the first review I’ve written about a company, ever.

Fantastic
Dylan & Rachel have been fantastic from day 1, they were both so helpful and explained step by step of the process on getting my first mortgage. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Communication was brilliant, they are both so professional, friendly & polite.
My mortgage has been accepted and I received a phone call from Dylan & Rachel to congratulate me, and Rachel will working hard behind the scenes, to ensure completion runs smoothly, and has assured me she will be a phone call away if I need any further advise. Really helpful for self-employed mortgage
I was thinking it would be impossible to find a mortgage with my situation (IT contractor with less than 1 year of history). But Dan and Rachel have been really helpful during the whole process and made it work.

Debbie, Rachel & Daniel are fantastic. Really on top of things and made it pretty easy for me despite my case being a complicated one (shared ownership and very short freelance contracts). Great for self employed
New wave brokered our 1st mortgage for us. Being self employed and having a bit of bad credit made it impossible elsewhere, Kye and Dave put the effort in though to sort any issues and got it over the line and now we’re home owners. So efficient and easy to work with!
Both Dylan and Rachel were fantastic from start to finish. Our mortgage needs were slightly "trickier" than standard (being self employed with only 1 years worth of accounts) but they managed to get us a very competitive deal and made the entire process feel "easy."
