My account is in EUR but I deposit from a USD card. Their rate is worse than my bank’s and there’s also some hidden fee. Ended up losing a couple euros before even spinning anything.

The only limit I could easily set was a deposit limit. No loss limit, no session time limit. If they cared, they’d make it easier to protect yourself, not just your wallet going in.

They do have deposit limits but setting them is clunky and you can’t lower them instantly, which is backwards. Self-exclusion is hidden away in some submenu. Feels like they put the tools there just to tick a box, not actually help anyone.

Verification was fast took like 3 hours and I got my withdrawal the next morning.

I dont like that they charge a fee for fiat withdrawals.

Too many restricted countries. I had to use a VPN and got my account locked. My fault I guess.

so i hit a decent x500 on mental and immediately went to cash out. had to do the whole selfie holding ID thing which is always annoying and feels sketchy but they approved it in like two hours. money was in my bank account the next morning. can't complain, pretty solid compared to some of the rogue sites out there.
