Currency conversion surprises

My account is in EUR but I deposit from a USD card. Their rate is worse than my bank’s and there’s also some hidden fee. Ended up losing a couple euros before even spinning anything.

No phone support

Sometimes I just want to talk to a human on the phone, but they only have chat and email. When stuff goes wrong, that feels pretty thin.

Didn’t Understand Their Bonus At All

I’m not good with casino rules and their bonus explanation just confused me more. Something about max bet, restricted games, hidden in small text. I played a few slots and suddenly my winnings were void because I “broke the bonus rules” and I didn’t even know what I did wrong. That was enough for me.

Cluttered And Confusing Site

Everything is just thrown all over the place. Popups for bonuses, flashing banners, random tournaments, and somewhere behind all of that you’re supposed to find your balance and bonus info. I kept clicking the wrong thing. It’s like they don’t want you to clearly see what you actually have left. Exhausting to use for more than a few minutes.

Account closure hassle

Tried to close my account and they wanted a reason, then suggested I just “take a break” instead. Took three separate emails before it was actually closed. Felt pushy.

Limited responsible tools

They do have deposit limits but setting them is clunky and you can’t lower them instantly, which is backwards. Self-exclusion is hidden away in some submenu. Feels like they put the tools there just to tick a box, not actually help anyone.

so i hit a decent x500 on mental and immediately went to cash out. had to do the whole selfie holding ID thing which is always annoying and feels sketchy but they approved it in like two hours. money was in my bank account the next morning. can't complain, pretty solid compared to some of the rogue sites out there.
