Website says next day delivery (Nope)
Website says next day delivery - no - and not the day after that. After a dozen notifications of delivery each day and not turning or calling, we are still waiting (ordered 6th Jan and still not arrived 14th Jan but the usual text its coming today - and then nothing until a revised text again.) If you have a professional waiting to start - suggest you use a reliable supplier!

We also note that this is not your first order with Mosaic Village and that previous orders were delivered successfully, which reflects the reliable service we consistently provide. On this occasion, the delay appears to be related to courier performance once the order had left our control.
Our website states next working day delivery where applicable, which is subject to courier service levels. Had we been contacted, we would have been more than happy to chase the courier immediately or offer a suitable solution.
We are always disappointed when customers choose to leave negative reviews without first contacting us, as issues can usually be resolved quickly and professionally when brought to our attention.

Re Honeycomb Copper mosaic tile
Re Honeycomb Copper mosaic tile. Staff were very helpful from the beginning. My tile sample was despatched quickly and was large enough to help me decide on its use. It came with fitying instructions too. The tiles were unsuitable for my project but this has nothing to do with the shop. However, the glass mosaic sheet contained some very thin metal mosaics which seem inadequately attached to the backing mesh. These metal pieces seem very cheap and can be bent. They ruin the rest of the whole 'tile'. I expected a solid piece of metal. These will deteriorate quickly if used in areas prone to damp. The rest of the mosaic 'tile' is lovely and a good price. I's buy this tile if the metal pieces were better quality.

Delivery Costs
Selection of products and customer service re any questions I had were excellent. My only grievance was with the delivery charge - whilst the company delivering was fine the cost left a lot to be desired! Northern Ireland is still UK so there is bound to be a supplier who can deliver at an acceptable fee, how else do other companies operate??? If this cost was an agreeable amount I would not hesitate to use your company more.
