Poor Experience – Hidden Charges and No Response
Ordered tile samples and was hit with unexpected delivery charge that wasn’t clearly stated. Reached out to customer service, no reply at all. Other companies offer samples for free or a small, upfront fee. Disappointing and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.

Order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Only issue I have is that my order was small quantity however delivery charge was the same even if I had ordered a large quantity so I felt that the charge was high

Great tiles at an unbelievable price. The company had reduced the tile from £26.26 to £6.30, when other retailers were still selling at £21.04 and 31.95 per tile.
Ordering was simple and delivery quick. Overall a great customer experience.
