I purchased a kit with their Titan RF fabric. The company advertises that it is effective for blocking cell tower RF up to 40 ghz on their site but there is a sticker on the tube that says it only shields up to 10 ghz so they are false advertising. Modern ultra wideband goes up to 49 Ghz. When I went to posted a negative review on their website they hid it.
I had ordered Faraday bags from USA, the delivery was not delivered by UPS in Austria, because they wanted to collect customs and taxes at the takeover and I did not know that and therefore had not taken appropriate precautions.
At MOS Equipment I always had the same nice contact person who helped me to find out the status of my delivery at UPS. When it became apparent that the package could not be delivered, I wanted to give up, but the nice employee offered to try again and pay customs and taxes for me in advance so that the package could simply be dropped off even in my absence. I did not receive an invoice for this. So the 2nd delivery was completely hassle free. And the quality of the bags is excellent. I am very excited about this customer service.
