I thought the analysis would be absolute but I find if I answer the questions a little differently I get a different outcome, for example I have highlighted hair so I could say blonde, but my natural... See more

I am an older age and have multiple pieces in my wardrobe. I just don’t know how to match or mix them up differently. I literally had this app for less than an hour before I was writing to the company asking for a refund. The questions were fine finding out what your color palette is was great, but when it came to styling clothes, they were showing me winter clothes, the wrong colors. I am an older lady, but I’m not a grandmother yet! So I wrote to the company asked for a refund within the hour of buying it. They apologized and offered me 25% of what I paid and I asked for 75%. They came back with 50. I took my loss zero stars don’t do it girls.

You can easily see that the positive reviews were either paid for or scams. The negative reviews are from real people. This company will continue to bill you even if you didnt order their subscriptions. This is an AI generated site, more and more of them are cropping up. BEWARE

Amazingly accurate definition of my “type”! Surprised the colors to avoid I already do! I love that I have a wardrobe assistant. Definitely can recommend.

I never signed on or got any help from them and after paying initial amount was notified payment was increasing to over $58 per month. I requested end of subscription and return of payment. I was then charged again on 04/24/2026 for the increased payment amount. I cannot reach a human individual only ai and they are not helpful at all. Giving me the run around. I will be reporting to BBB and fraud if I do not get a response soon.

This is the best app for true styling that I have used. I’ve been a sucker for a lot of them that promise this or that and then fall short. I am really impressed.

Very professional and respond extremely quickly. Thank you.

The stylist was prompt and responsive to my concerns about my color palette, offering a revised palette for me. She also had immediate ideas to help me look and feel my best in my Western riding outfits. This is challenging when one is over 75 and has become thick around the middle even though the weight has not changed much over the years.

The annoying ads are everywhere and are all about how what you wear and it’s positive effect on men(a man upgrading their seat on a plane to sit next to you; being asked for your opinion, finally, in a meeting; getting noticed by men, and so on). It is 2026 and this gender stereotype is insulting. Many women dress to feel good for themselves, and not to please men. That’s what I took from the ads, so didn’t go further-thank goodness from the reviews.

RIPOFF!! Ordered ac29.99 program and requested cancellation within 3 minutes. They refused a full refund and offered only 25%. RIPOFF-BEWARE

I like that you can choose actual clothing with pricing from everyday stores.

At first I couldn’t seem to access my report and I almost canceled my membership. However today the report opened up right away and so far I am finding the program useful.

Totally inappropriate selection of clothing- eg sequin mini skirts and dresses for someone 65+. Clolur of clothes opposite of palette suggested. And any clothes deemed suitable were sold out.
Don’t waster your money on this!

It was very difficult to cancel the subscription. I cancelled it the first month and they continued to charge me. I have submitted and cancellation again, hopefully it will work this time.

Was charged and received absolutely nothing. Not one thing. Do NOT use them under any circumstances.

This experience has proven I’m doing some things well and given me new ideas.

On a positive note, they replied promptly to my request to cancel my subscription. I will be monitoring to assure this occurs. What I actually got and what the online ads led me to believe I was getting were two separate things. I will add my experience is with the online version as I did not load the app on my phone. I was correctly identified as a "Spring". However, the suggested wardrobe was based around camel colors and not the bright colors of spring. The clothing pieces suggested were heavy on layering and I live on the Gulf coast, so they were not practical for my location. The capsule created required me to select from these types of pieces. I never found out how to have the app generate an Amazon capsule wardrobe. Never found out how to create a wardrobe based upon my architype [no way to know what my architype is from the app]. These 2 features are heavily promoted, so why aren't they there? If they are there, they are very well hidden. Mosso did not deliver on what their ads lead me to believe I was purchasing.

Update: May 2: Two weeks after my post (and their reply) and can say the best attribute of Mosso AI is their ability to write friendly letters and content that carry an air of concern and cooperation. Was able to find resolution through Visa (and NOT PayPal), and will most definitely avoid Mosso. I broke my own rule and did not do an on-line search of reviews before signing up for a temporary, 8-week membership with this company, and paid for that with a loss of time and money.

April 19: This site is quite troubling and wish I had never opened the ad.
I naively signed up for the 8-week trial, found absolutely nothing of interest, and cancelled (or so I thought), accepting the $29.99+tax as a stupid waste of money....shame on me. Never looked at the site again.
Except apparently in Mosso world I had entered some sort of binding agreement that I was not aware of until 2 months later when they charged my PayPal account $103.99. Now, after several emails, they are offering a 50% discount (and this after an email from the company 12 or so days prior that I would see no further charges). Contracts and subscriptions are not obvious (I engage in commerce on-line quite a bit and not a rookie at this) and charges appear without notice that they are coming.
Stay away!
