Winning bet delayed 10+ days - misleading support response

I placed a cricket bet on the Tusker vs Lions match (CSA One-Day Cup).

Bet: Team 2 total runs UNDER 267.5
Result: Lions scored 265 → This is clearly a winning bet.

Despite this, my bet has been kept in "Pending" status for over 10 days.

Customer support keeps referring to Rule 2.10 without giving any clear explanation. I have received multiple contradictory responses:
- One says no action can be taken
- Another says it will be calculated with delay
- Another says I am “100% guaranteed” to receive my amount

This is extremely concerning and unprofessional.

There is no valid reason to delay settlement for such a simple and completed market.

I am expecting full payout of ₹39,040 as per the odds. If this is not resolved immediately, I will continue escalating this issue .

- No timeline has been given
- The match result is already clear and the bet is a confirmed win

This lack of transparency and indefinite delay is highly concerning.

1. A clear reason for placing this specific bet under verification
2. A defined timeline for resolution
3. Immediate settlement if no issue is found

If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter further with full documentation.

During the match, the throw-in count clearly crossed 34.5, but my bet was still marked as lost. There was no clear explanation of how the final count was calculated.
I contacted support, but I only received a generic response without any proper proof or detailed breakdown of the throw-ins.i have checked on all stats showing site there is 36 total thrown but you are counting it 34 and I have mailed also but there is no reply
If a different counting system is used, it should be clearly explained before placing the bet. Right now, this feels misleading and unfair.

Very unfair experience with Mostbet.

I placed bets on the Morocco vs Senegal match, which initially ended 1-0 and was settled as a loss. However, the official CAF decision later changed the result to 3-0 in favor of Morocco due to Senegal’s forfeit.

Despite this being the final and official result, Mostbet refused to resettle the bets or provide any refund, claiming they only consider the result at the end of the match.

This is very disappointing, especially as a long-time customer who trusted this platform. Other betting companies have handled similar situations more fairly by offering refunds or resettling bets.

I have been trying to withdraw 69,000 KZT for several days. I used different methods (VISA, Kaspi, mobile payment), but all requests are constantly canceled.

Very poor service and customer support I deposited 500 taka and made it upto 1000 taka but when it's time to withdrawal they asking me for Number verification. I entered number but no OTP camed into my SMS and they circled for it for whole 3 days. After 3 days I somehow got my number verified. But again I tried to withdrawal they again said "You need to withdraw with the same thing you did deposit". I was actually trying withdraw same method that I did deposit. But still they were not talking my withdrawal.

Then I contacted support In built chat/telegram bot everywhere but they were saying non logical things like "Logout and login", "Deposit again to withdraw", "Use website version", "change your number again". Even I got email reply saying "There is no problem in our server, saying it's my account problem". 😡

Then I contacted a agent. I choose agent cash out and gave that code to the agent. It was mostbet official agent. When I gave that verification code to that agent, he just simply took that code and went to my account and confirmed the withdrawal process but he didn't sent me money in my mobile banking app. I begged him "sir please sent my money I really need that", he just like spamming wait,wait,wait,wait. After requesting for 7 hours he finally sent that money.

Warning - please do not trust them. When you make a deposit they will not tell you that its non refundable. That deposit money is gone to them. They are asking to place the bet of odds more than 1.3. If i win. Only the winning amount can be withrawn. You will not get your deposit back. Guys do not deposit huge amount you wont get it back. In the app it says the payment will be payment in 5 mins to 1 hour but so many hours passed I am still waiting for my money. Also I have made a deposit of 25000 and that is too pending.
