This is my follow-up review because Mostbet has still not resolved my case.

Mostbet keeps repeating the same response: “Payment sent, contact your bank.”
This is not true.
I have already provided:
Multiple official bank statements
Written confirmation from my bank
Clear proof that no payment was ever received
In return, Mostbet:
Failed to provide valid payment proof
Shared a screenshot of an unrelated old transaction
Never issued a complaint ID
Never shared an investigation report
Never named a responsible agent
Stopped meaningful communication
Claiming a payment was sent without providing verifiable transaction details (UTR/Reference number matching my withdrawal) is not a resolution.
What is happening here is very clear:
Mostbet responds publicly on Trustpilot to look cooperative, but does nothing privately to actually solve the problem.
Holding 150,000 PKR for over 6 months without proof or resolution is unacceptable.
⚠️ Until my money is returned or real payment proof is provided, I will continue updating my feedback and warning other users.
I am still demanding:
A genuine re-investigation
Valid, verifiable payment proof
OR immediate refund of my 150,000 PKR
