This store is so awful!
This store is SO terrible. My order had delivery issues and was delayed for weeks. I sent emails and tickets so many times and have never gotten a response at all. The item arrived after the weekend I needed it so now I need to return but the fee is $30. I shouldnt have to pay a return fee for an item I didn't get to use just because they shipping was so much more delayed than the timelines promised on their website. I also cant get in touch with anyone to discuss the issue.
This place is just so awful and upsetting that they just ghost their customers.

Bad shipping experience
International shipping is stated to take 3 to 5 working days but it has been 8 working days and my package is still in England at the moment. There are little to no updates regarding the status of shipping as well.

Didn't deliver
I haven't received my package that I ordered about two weeks ago, I contacted motel rocks and they said that they would look for my package. They told me that we would contact me within 5 days and they didn't. I would really want to recieve my package...
Update: after quite some time i die recieve my parcel after all! Motel also played me back 6 euro's because of the delay (which was i think about a month).

Items never arrived. Paid in full 6 weeks ago. The tracking site say they have tried to deliver, but delivery unsuccessful. Nobody been to my door or tried to reach me on my phone.

Bad delivery
i ordered the parcel on Monday afternoon and paid for next day delivery. it even said it would arrive next day if i ordered before 7 pm....which i did! My parcel finally arrived on Thursday afternoon. I wouldn't of minded if i didn't have to pay extra for next day delivery

Great product, slow help from customer service.
