Shein quality but more expensive
The quality of the clothing is extremely poor. I ordered 3 items, of which 2 looked and felt very cheap, with a poor fit. The third item initially seemed acceptable, so I decided to keep it; however, after washing, it stretched significantly and became several sizes larger.
Overall, the products are comparable in quality to shein, yet are sold at a considerably higher price point. I would not recommend this shop.

Amazing quality dress
Amazing quality dress! I was most impressed with the quality and didn’t expect it to be this soft so was very happy. Can’t remember how delivery was as it was a long time ago and I may have payed extra for next day. Very happy overall.

This company scammed me out of…
This company scammed me out of receiving money for a return I made. I paid $30 to ship my items back to the company so I could receive a refund and I never got my money back. They have been ignoring my messages about this issue and it’s been months now. If i had known I’d lose an extra $30 I would have just kept the items. Better than losing an extra $30 for nothing. Super disappointed with this company, would never order again after this experience.

Disappointing
Jeans arrived far too big (despite following the instructions on how to measure) - returned for an exchange and not heard anything back. I know the returned items have been received but no idea whether the replacements have been processed. Have emailed but not heard anything back. Not a great first impression from a new customer

Return delivery charges are high
Initially I purchased an item which I selected a pick up at a convenience store. For some reason that was never disclosed the shop didn't process the order and sent it straight back to the sender (motel rocks). When I contacted motel rocks for a refund they didn't explain why the order was sent back and removed the delivery charge from my refund.
After I re-ordered the item to a new delivery address, the item was really disappointing anyway so I am sending it back and a further £4 is being taken off for the return delivery.
I think I'll just buy from Amazon next time which is free to return.
The quality of the product was exceptionally low and isn't worth the cost.

I purchased this black lace top which I love, but unfortunately i have worn it twice now and both times, this odd purple/black colour comes of the top and stains almost everything it touches, my nails and my handbag.
