Great product chosen as 50/50 marine and bovine. I either mix with water and drink, or water and added orange juice. It doesn't blend well with orange juice only, curdles, as found out on holiday! Been using for a few months now. Skin and hair have definitely benefitted.

I was really struggling to get a decent nights sleep before starting Unplug and have to be honest - I was skeptical about how efficacious a supplement would be having tried many 'natural' sleep remedies in the past. I started with one at night and noticed an improvement in my length and quality of sleep. I increased this to two at night recently and 'sleep like a baby' now.

I've been using Unplug regularly for 3 years, it's so good I've got my mum on it now.

I've previously used Power Up and found it very helpful with focus (before I got my ADHD diagnosis and meds). My mum takes Power Up sometimes and finds it helps her get things done, and doesn't cause interactions with her prescription cocktail. We both find it much more effective than caffeine (but then she might have ADHD too).

With ADHD and anxiety, it used to take me hours to fall asleep *every* night, now that's a rare problem: Motion can't save me if I'm refusing to actually lie down and let it (thanks brain), but as long as I can get myself to that stage, it helps me to fall asleep in under 15 minutes no matter where I am. This is honestly mind-blowing compared to over 20 years of lying in bed for 2+ hours waiting for sleep.

At the beginning of taking Unplug I did get some weird dreams (covered in the FAQ I think) as I caught up on sleep. I've never had a problem waking up from it when needed even with only 2-3 hours of sleep but of course I feel the level of tired you'd expect from that little sleep!

For the first year or so I tracked my sleep and had 2 distinct breaks in taking Unplug, one for a month and one for six weeks. For the first week it didn't make that much difference but then it gradually got worse - not quite as bad as before by the numbers but having now experienced good sleep it felt worse! So I keep using it and I feel confident it's worth it for me to do so. I can miss the occasional nights and still benefit, and I don't feel any physical need or addiction for it, but I keep taking it regularly for the continued benefit of better sleep.

Very happy about the new refill packaging rather than all the glass jars.

Easy to order, prompt delivery, love that they use eco friendly packaging, but most importantly unplug really does do the job of aiding a restful night sleep. I thoroughly recommend this product.

I think ‘Unplug’ is helping my insomnia so I will keep using the two capsules per night. I also take a tincture of valerian.
