After placing an order and paying for it, Motionparts informed me that the article is not in stock. Although the article had been advertised as available. Annoying.

I have been trying to get a quote for…
I have been trying to get a quote for some bearings I want to order
I have sent several emails to the different addresses listed on the website, including kundenservice (at)motionparts.de and info (at)motionparts.de
It has now been 3 to 4 weeks since my first message, and I still have not received any reply despite sending multiple follow up emails in case my first one was overlooked
After several previously great experiences with this company, I am honestly starting to wonder if those were just coincidences
Right now it feels impossible to get any kind of response, and I am beginning to doubt how serious the business actually is

Don't make any purchase with this company, after payment they are not responding to phone calls (automatic reply) or emails.
We had one purchase last year, that went okay, but this second purchase it's like fraud, they are not shipping order and it's not possible to get in contact with them.

Placed the order, couple hours later they cancelled it without any reason. No response to emails.
One day later, still no response or any explanation. The money were taken from my card.
