Was sent to this company from the USwitch comparison site. Great price, and know the score to re-add any extras. Got to the bit where I can add mine and the additional driver's licence numbers; got stuck in a loop of it not accepting the date, then when it accepted the date, it didn't accept the licence number. It finally accepted mine (main driver) and went on to the cover details. I want to add convictions - won't let me select a name. Doesn't even try. Congratulations, your magnificent AI has lost you business, and I can't imagine that I'm the only one it's done it to either.

Very disappointed, I cancel the policy the second day after I started I supposed to get a £50 refund, about 2 weeks later I was trying to find what’s going on on with my refund and I found out the policy was still active i did wave to £130 to cancel it. I contacted them to get my money back but nothing so far they are not answering and ignoring my calls

Easy to buy and an app that lets you manage everything. Nice and easy

The AI chat bot is really bad, and seems like the only way you can contact the company. However, when it tries to verify my details, it just gets stuck in a loop of saying "I don't recognise that, try again", despite my details being correct.

When I have asked to transfer to a human, it just says it is connecting, but nobody answers.

If your company model is based on AI, you best make sure its one that actually works before you take people's money.

I just joined this insurance company yesterday and I’ve been trying to make changes with my policy as soon as possible but trust me, the AI agent is very useless and confused. It won’t recognise my correct details and keep kicking me out. I need help like yesterday but there’s no number to call even now that I feel like cancelling the policy there’s no one to contact.

Absolutely awful customer service, in fact no customer service at all!!! Stay clear. There AI robot was the worse and most unhelpful robot EVER, no email or number to call. Simple thing like setting up account once purchased email was impossible as there account setup never sends a one time code, tried 20-30 times over 2 days in case they were having issues but never got a code so cancelled insurance, using their so called AI robot. DO NOT USE THEM and comparison sites should remove them
