Awful service, allegedly item in stock for same day dispatch paid extra money for special next day delivery. Item wasn’t dispatched for 2 days, still hasn’t arrived.

Brought a transponder ordered a direct…
Brought a transponder ordered a direct feed one . Waited for invoice and tracking number had nothing filed a report with PayPal and then finally got a message saying they had email issues and then a tracking number the item arrived only to find it was a battery powered transponder went on the website battery powered ones are cheaper! Said I'm happy to have the battery powered one if they could refund the difference guess what no response! I've tried phoning, email and text with no response from any of them. Seems they are happy to rip customers off would definitely avoid and I will never use again

Money down the drain
Made an order 2 weeks ago. Emailed about it a week ago. Phoned today and got an answer phone. Website won't recognise my password and the password reset does not work. I very much suspect I have been conned. Please avoid this site.

Stay away from this mob
Looking for a very specific item which was advertised on the Moto Performance website. Placed the order, received the invoice and waited on the tracking number. It never arrived but they have taken the money under a different company name. Delivery was to be within 2-6 working days, never happened. Emailed, phoned and no response. Would advise anyone looking for motorcycle parts to steer clear of this site. Completely useless and definitely suspicious.

From what looked like a well laid out…
From what looked like a well laid out website promising a good service....nothing can be farther than the truth!
Having made a purchase, I expected to have a follow up email and receipt and a follow up notification of dispatch. I received none of the above and am still waiting... Calling on the telephone has no answer. Email also has no response. I have requested a refund for non delivery but I am not hopeful. Sadly, Zero stars is not an option!
