The worse Yamaha Dealership ever

The worse Yamaha Dealership ever!
In summary
I have to say that if you're looking to service bike run far away from motoden. I always call all yamaha dealers in London for quotes on service and somehow motoden at times manages to charge double of what other yamaha dealers will charge you no exageration. I found that omega in west london or sondel are best for servicing. These guys a clowns trying to squeeze every penny and dont care to treat clients like humans. They arent honest and I will run the other way even if they offer me a free motorcycle.

First time I ever arrived at this Yamaha dealership a worker was being xenophobic towards other ethinicities complaing on how garages of specific ethinicity took their business and using all sorts of racial slurs to describe them. Honestly it was disgusting. Fast foward I found a motocycle from the on auto trader and gave them a ring they claimed the bike to be on showroom condition. I paid for a large sum upright and the rest outright in the day only to find out hundred worth of damages on the bike panels after I paid. It looked like it had fallen over. When I pointed out to the main man he could not care less claiming it was second hand and it was what it was (400 miles) netherless i mentioned to him that he could have the courtsy to be honest with clients upfront and dont deceive them by claiming bikes to be showroom condition what ever that means to them. Futher down the line I came to purchase several fairings for another bike as they were only yamaha at the time of a newly release bike able to get fairings the fastest. Ian essentially is very blunt, rought and unfriendly and not very good with speaking to people i get his type of personality very cold its unhelpful on the long run with other custumers who dont get it. he was helpful after he realised I was serious about spending big money on panels. Tbh He couldnt care less wether the shop makes money or not or good customer service his behavious speakers for himself. Essentialy this Yamaha hourly service is so ridicously expensive that I had another place install the fairings. That person and I could not find the fairing that is missing in the box and thats when we came to a realisation of it but months later. I already had a feeling that they wouldnt care less to provide a good customer service
In good faith I believed him when he said he had checked all parts were present and I stored the parts away for a few months as initally I had no yamaha emblem neither did him.
Recently when contacting him he insisted he knew better than me and that the part was in the box that he had checked. Indeed was my fault for trusting his words instead of checking myself .

I know for fact im not attempting to get a part for free I literally have receipts to show I had to purchase the same part avain from a different yamaha dealer due to £64 part gone missing meaning I bought the same thing twice they probably kept and sold my part thinking it was part if the stock. I already had a feeling he wouldnt care less after spending £500 just in motoden on fairings.

I thought it will be waste of time and money

I recently had the pleasure of taking the Motorcycle Training CBT at Motorden, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Simon, the lead trainer, displayed an incredible level of professionalism and passion throughout the training session. His thorough explanations and attention to detail made the learning process both enjoyable and insightful.

Prior to booking the CBT, I had my reservations, wondering if it would be worth the investment of time and money. However, those doubts were quickly dispelled as the day progressed. I opted for the manual bike training, despite having no previous experience with manual motorcycles. It was both thrilling and educational to learn something entirely new.

What struck me the most was the amount of new riding elements they taught us during the session. Despite having ridden scooters for the past 20 years, I was surprised to discover how many mistakes I had unknowingly been making all this time. The instructors had a keen eye for identifying and correcting these mistakes, which undoubtedly contributed to my improved riding skills.

The day was packed with exercises that challenged us to hone our abilities on the motorcycle. And the sense of accomplishment I felt when I successfully passed my CBT was truly gratifying. It was a testament to the excellent training provided by Motorden.

I must also commend Aaron and Francis, who were conducting assessments on the day. Their valuable input and friendly demeanor added great value to the training. They shared their points of view, which offered fresh perspectives and helpful tips, making the learning experience all the more enriching.

Overall, I can confidently say that Motorden Motorcycle Training CBT exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the professionalism and passion displayed by Simon to the comprehensive training provided, it was a day well spent. If you're considering taking a CBT, I wholeheartedly recommend Motorden for their outstanding service and commitment to excellence. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a complete beginner, you'll leave the training with new skills and a sense of accomplishment that will make the experience truly memorable.

One notable aspect that sets Motorden Motorcycle Training apart from other schools I have seen is their inclusive and accommodating approach to participants. In the past, I have witnessed some schools being rigid and uncompromising, even turning away individuals who didn't meet their specific dress code or equipment requirements.

However, during my CBT at Motorden, I witnessed an incident that truly showcased their commitment to ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at learning. There was a participant who showed up in flat shoes and a sweater, clearly unprepared for the day's activities. Instead of turning him away or making a fuss, Simon, the lead trainer, took immediate action to address the situation. He provided the participant with a suitable motorcycle jacket .

This level of understanding and consideration for individual circumstances was both refreshing and commendable. It demonstrated Motorden's dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, where participants are encouraged and supported regardless of their initial preparation.

This incident spoke volumes about the professionalism and compassion of the trainers at Motorden. Instead of creating obstacles, they went the extra mile to ensure that every participant had the opportunity to learn and succeed during the CBT. It's these little acts of kindness and flexibility that leave a lasting impression and make Motorden stand out as a top-notch motorcycle training school.

Disappointing communication and service

Found a motorcycle on their website. Pre-reg and priced pretty well. What I found disappointed was the level of and standard of communication. I just got the impression that they were not really bothered. After requesting finance figures I had to chase this up a few days later due to not hearing back. Yes, people can be busy. The responses are very vague. Against my better judgement based on the vibe that I got, I tried to strike a deal. This was going okay, £200 off so pretty fair. I said that I would go ahead with the deal based on 6mths tax being included (I would have gone ahead anyway being honest). I received no response or further contact. That summarises the vibe really, they could responded to decline and I would have gone ahead. However they chose to be ignorant which says a lot about the service that I would have received had any hiccups arose. No sale from me.

&&&&&&& PIRATES &&&&&& WARNING &&&&&&& PIRATES &&&&&&
&&&&&&&&&& BIKERS AVOID THEM AT ALL COST &&&&&&&&&&&&

Awfull service Ryan make me a quote for over £1587 when he knows I was going to sell my bike, after I refused they service I find out a real Suzuki provider who treat me amazingly and fix my bike quicker and ready for to sell for only £360.
I did remember that aparently on Motoden had an other Suzuki Burgman same as mine with a crash or to do motor as mechanic told me, so I guess what they want to do was fixing their bike with my good pices which were on the quote.
On Motoden they put me on the quote Cylinder and Piston and on the other Real Suzuki Branch they only had to fix Air Filter and valve of Clearance to allow the mixture of petrol and air to start the bike.

Basically they want to ripp me off and fix a sinister or other bike they had on the back yard.

Avoid them at all cost they are Pirates.

Don't buy a bike from these liars

Don't buy a bike from these close-to fraudsters. They sold me a pre-reg, old-model bike without telling me - I didn't find out that the bike was older than they said until I saw it in person.

Complete bunch of liars; their employees are scumbags, to be honest.

Not doing work you've asked for

Ive requested to have my clutch fluid flushed.
Its a fjr 1300A They gave me photo to prove they've taken swing arm off which is required to access clutch actuator.
Two months later I was doing maintenance on my bike and looked that clutch reservoir has same dirty fluid. I asked self is this posible? I do my braked every 2 years and I can tell it hasn't been changed . I have no clue what they did but not what I specifically asked
You have lost my trust completely Why so many garages in London do they work poorly? It doesn't pay off as customer will go elsewhere.

After purchasing a new bike

After purchasing a new bike, i was not happy with the service I received they have charge me £500 more for an add-on that they have never added or with out my consent to add it they said they will credit back my finance company but this is never done also promised me a new panel or replacement panel but this was also never done as the bike was scratch when I picked it up, I can only assume and believe that most of them are looking for new riders that don’t know much about bikes and just palming them off with whatever they can get away with.. my experience with that with them it’s not the best but sometimes I do you have a good deal on that even they do not honour.

Really horrible avoid dealing with them

Really horrible avoid dealing with them.
I believe someone from the parts and services was beaten up by his wife or girlfriend he was working taking my call. I asked him politely how much will it cost to get USB charging socket fitted to my new scooter he said to me £145 hourly labour which his other colleagues confirmed it’s £60 per hour. He said don’t trust them you trust me and he just hung up.
Really disgusting service and very expensive 100% rape off

I bought a brand new scooter there

I bought a brand new scooter there. It's been working perfectly, PERFECTLY, until the first service. Straight after that, the very same moment I took it back I could not start it...unless trying for a long time.
They said it was me and that I had to remove the stand (which of course was removed). I had a hell of a week, I've called the breakdown recovery service twice.
At the end I brought it back at the service shop. They held it for a few days and then told me I could go and take it back. They also said they did nothing, that it was starting fine.
Again, in front of them, it did not start.
They changed the battery, telling me it was a brand new one.
After a few days, I cannot start it again.
With a stupid service they managed to destroy my scooter.
DON'T GO THERE.
