The dealer network is huge but the attitude throughout is lacking. Poor aftersales support and poor customer relations from their dealers. I will not be using them again.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Emails rarely answered and if they are they are abrupt and vague. Some of the motorcycle dealers associated with them act in the same way. Parts can take months with supply issues being blamed, but no apology or updates on progress. Avoid.

Not the best company customer service…

Not the best company customer service as they don’t reply to emails or phone calls. Have tried to cancel an order before it was sent out and was ignored so then they take the money and then send the goods anyway, so then try to contact them again and ignored yet again. Would advise caution with this company as they don’t seem to be very customer focused and more about the money.

Ordered two polo shirts. One arrived, charged for two on my visa. Numerous phone calls never answered. What an awful company and what terrible representation for Royal Enfield

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I was promised VIP tickets to the bike show by one of their directors as a sorry for extremely poor service from a dealership. Never got the tickets. Even though I emailed the guy half a dozen times before the bike show. Then followed this behaviour up and have been ignored. Guys that don’t stick to their promises. Would not do any further business with them again.

Poor Communication

It's a shame really to add to this list. I bought an ex demo Royal Enfield Interceptor from Moto GB summer 2021 which was delivered to my home. The bike is absolutely fine - no problems there. Their communication was OK up to the point it was delivered. At that point it stopped. My new V5 never arrived. It then took several phone calls weeks later to finally speak with the very nice lady in sales admin who apologised for the mix-up and processed it. It arrived a couple of days later. My point to her at the time, was that I spend £6k with a business and no-one has contacted me in any way to ask me if I like the bike or anything else. To this day all these months later, no-one has called or emailed to ask me about anything. It's a little short sighted as I might wish to buy another bike. At the moment, if I did, it wouldn't be from Moto GB

Terrible absolutely terrible I have a…

Terrible absolutely terrible I have a brand new royal alloy 125 gp that has been sitting doing nothing since the 3rd of June waiting for a new wiring loom although I call my dealer every week about the problem I am kept being told the same thing there’s no parts I was blaming the dealer until I heard a conversation he had with Moto gp who basically couldn’t give a monkey about not having the spare parts so I have no bike the warranty is running out and they have my money that I payed in full for a piece of tin that is not fit for purpose I wish I had gone with a Vespa now my advice to anyone now is yes they look great but no after sales or spares save your money and go and get a Vespa I gave them one star only because you can’t give them zero

Steer Clear........

Very good at selling new Royal Alloy scooters, useless at answering emails and spare parts are impossible to get. They cannot even supply a Paint code for the scooters let alone a touch up.
Steer Clear.......

RA GP300 continuous problems.

Purchased the RA GP300 early last year.
Loved the first three months of riding before things started to go wrong. First, the left indicator stopped working, this was clund to be an electrical loose connection. Second ABS warning light illuminates, reported this to main dealer but failed to fix. Third Speedo stops working sometimes shows jibber jabber, still not working even after service!
Forth Scooter started to cut out, broke down on a ride out, still waiting for repair, dealers not interested, one refused any warranty work! I think the problem is the ignition coil but banging my head against a brick wall with this poor after service. RA needs to train and equip their dealers with the knowledge and diagnostic machines needed to combat these problems. I am fed up to the back teeth with what seems to be a cheaply assembled Chinese nightmare. I am still off the road waiting for repairs after weeks and months of problems. Would I reccomend RA scooters, hell no. My son is a motorcycle Copper, he stated that the scooter is a health & Safety Death Trap! Seriously RA, you need to address this before many deaths result.

SymNHT

Bought a new symnht have tried to register warranty but after a month it is still pending, no response from Motogb and the dealer i bought it from, Poolemoto, are an absolute waste of time trying to deal with. I will be servicing it myself rather than give them any more money as the warranty is unlikely to appear from these jokers.

Terrible customer service - I've spent my money elsewhere!

Wanted to buy a Royal Enfield Himalayan and was tempted by the offers on the website and the fact that I could place an order online. Selected the bike I wanted, entered all my finance details etc and waited. Had email back following day confirming my order and to wait to be contacted by the local allocated dealer. Waited 2 days with no phone call so gave the allocated dealer a call to be told they had no details of my order. Also stated that they 'didn't do finance' at that dealership. Contacted MotoGB to be told that they would send me another email with details of a dealer that could offer finance and they would be in touch very soon and I was to wait for a phone call from the dealer. That was a week ago. I cannot be bothered to chase up a company that clearly doesn't want my business so now have gone elsewhere and spent three times as much on a KTM! MotoGB - this is a really basic thing to get right, you had a customer who wanted to buy from you and your tardiness/systems (insert excuse here) meant I've spent my money elsewhere. If you're after a RE Himalayan (they're great bikes!), I'd suggest finding a dealer who isn't part of the MotoGB group as if they treat customers like this before you've even bought a bike leaves you to imagine what the after sale service would be like.

All the gear-little idea

After being extremely happy with the service i got when buying a bike from the warrington brach, i decided to buy my gear from the main shop. They had the items i wanted and they were at a good price.
However;
they confirmed i would get delivery on or before the end of the week-i didnt
they confirmed that they would send it to my work address-they didnt
and due to an earlier mix up, they promised me a free gift-they didnt send it
when i rang to chase my delivery i was told' well you can have a refund' almost straight away, now thats bad!
would i use them again, hard to say but not looking likely

so to sum up
all the gear , little idea
