Absolutely 100 percent recommend

Absolutely 100 percent recommend , the best customer service I have dealt with in a very long time . Tracker install and setup was easy and efficient . But the customer service response and information was amazing I will be buying further trackers for my other motorcycles

Impressive kit and after sales service!

I purchased the Motohalo lite and received it within 48hrs. Set it up this morning, it literally took 10 minutes 5 of that getting it to where I wanted it.
I did have a little trouble getting any info on the app and contacted MotoHalo through their contact page on the website, almost immediately I got a call from Jack to assist. It seems that the GPS signal was restricted in my garage, however once I got it It’s remained perfect ever since.

I was very very impressed with the after sales service provided and it gives me great confidence in the product, the subscription service and the MotoHalo Brand.

Great app!

Purchased the MotoHalo Lite at the Ducati event a few weeks ago but only just got around to installing the device. The signup and adding the bike to my account was easy enough but the app is great for tracking my bike and looking at the trip history.
