I bought an helmet from them. They don't accept any goods return . They wash their hands on your problem and do not try to help you to solve it. The only importance for them is their margin and not at all customer satisfaction. This is a typical company that you should avoid . They simply don't deserve your business !
The experience we had was a bit rocky because what we purchased turned out to be out of stock (not reflected on the site) but when I tell you these folks worked SUPER hard to turn the experience around for us, I'm not lying. They even gave us some add ons to our gear as a comp for the inconvenience to us. Great folks, would 10/10 recommmend.
