Delivery took longer than usual
Delivery took longer than usual, probably because of Corona. Unfortunately, something went wrong in the packaging at Motointegrator, but this was rectified instantly. Thank you for that.

Good value, delivery times and updating of order information could improve
Good selection and prices. Not as good as the best when it comes to delivery times to Sweden. The order information still states "waiting for payment" although the goods have been paid and delivered.
Overall good experience though and will definitely buy again.

Everything is great. Excellent prices, wide variety of parts, little bit worse on the customers service which can say a word other than what it says on the website.
There is only one big problem. Why have you stopped sending to Croatia? Is there an answer to this question and I don't accept the "please ask customer service" cause they don't tell you nothing... Will you start sending again and when? I'll pay even more for Versand from Deutschland to Croatia, just put it back again.

VERY VERY BAD COMMUNICATION
I made the order after multiple emails and confirmation of the total cost.
I made the payment through Paypal and minutes after my payment i was asked
for MORE money than agreed ...
I had to communicate with them through Facebook to get refund .

Nobody deal with them!!!!
Ordered item never arrived because of delivery company had lost it. Even having official report from the postal company that sender will be indemified the did not care about the refund or resend the part. Luckily I'd paid by paypal and after 2mounts of fighting with this idi@ts, paypal refund the total amuont. There is No customer service at all, they just care about getting the money and let you in trouble alone...

They sent the order incomple and won't send the missing item
They sent the order incomple and won't send the missing item.
I paid expensive shipping costs and now have to make another order and pay more shipping.
Refund is not acceptable because of shipping costs.
The mistake is theirs to resolve, not the costumer fault.
