One of the worst finance companies i have ever worked with, didnt take my first payment on my account because they forgot to add my card details to their system and charged me extra. Then i missed one payment (still paid half of my balance) due to having to leave work to look after a seriously ill family member, despite this i kept Trax updated with my situation and when payment could be made (one month later) yet they still sent letters threatening cancellation and repossession despite the fact the account was in arrears for only one month. Seriously wouldn't reccomend terrible customer service.

I've been with motoloan for 6 months now and never had a problem until this month. I received a letter from them saying I had missed a payment and defaulted. I had no idea why. I called up and it turned out it wasn't a direct debit as Id assumed but the payments actually came from my bank card number. I'd had my bank card stolen that month and had received a new card from the bank. So that explained that.

The lad on the phone was brilliant and let me pay it off on my next pay day which was in a couple of weeks. No hassle just really helpful. Thanks guys

After ringing around a few places for a logbook loan I came across moot loan and I'm glad I did. There rates are a lot better then the rest and my £1500 loan was in my bank the next day. We had a guy called Alex who came down from London and was very professional and friendly. Can't recommend this company enough.

These guys are superb. When you need money quick and with no hidden fees I can't recommend them enough. I shopped around and no one else came close on the pricing, well one appeared to and then I found that the reality was different due too the extra charges. MOTOLOAN are by far the cheapest log book loan company. I also found out that they cover Scotland so I have recommended them to my cousins family.
Even helpful when you are struggling to make a payment, I phoned and they said I could take an extra two days as my salary hadn't been paid on time. Thanks MOTOLOAN.

Phoned on Wednesday regarding a loan on on my car, the staff were courteous and polite and explained the process in a simply way and it helped that l wasn't passed round the houses.
The whole process took less than 24hrs and money was put directly into my bank account so no waiting for cheques to clear.
I would recommend Motoloan for their high level of service and their exceptional quick and easy service.

What a relief I found a company that delivered what it said.I needed cash urgently,found Motoloan on the web that morning and had the cash in my account by 2pm.
The agent who came out to see me was clear,helpful and polite and made sure I understood what he was saying all the way through our meeting.

I needed a Loan asap. I had used Payday loans before but the whole process took too long. This was quicker and about a third of the price, the interest was really low in comparison, and the loan was completed within 24 hours. I had to option to top up if necessary also if hard times occured midway through repayments. Their staff were so friendly also

Well I've managed to get my loan today and I'm paying far less than some other logbook loans companies. Both the service I've received and the level of detail that was given at the loan meeting were Fantastic and I'm really chuffed that there are still companies out there that care about the customer. Brilliant Service.

This company turned out to be cheaper than others and no hidden charges or catches. I received a professional and friendly service from start to finish and received my funds very quickly after signing the paperwork.

Would really like to say a big thank you to motoloan.
I'm getting married next week but my bank would not give me a loan,
so I searched the net and then I found this company which was the cheapest around. Later, I got a phone call from a guy, who was very professional, he talked me through my loan, he then came to my house that day and the money was in my bank with in 1 hour.. I am well pleased .. I have told my family and friends about motoloan ...My aunty has used this company as well.

I was a bit skeptical at first about using a logbook loan company, as they generally get a lot of bad press. Without going into details, I needed to raise a bit of money quickly, and Motoloan was recommended to me via a friend. This is a seriously no hassle service. They are friendly, polite and don't baffle you with a bunch of financial jargon.
Would definitely recommend. It's refreshing to see loan companies like this, they should all be as easy and straight forward.
