Delayed delivery

Delayed delivery
Two days passed over the delivery date, and still didn't get the package.
The curier agent can't deliver a simple package to the security personal at the gate of marina D'Arechi, Salerno.
This is where all packages are being delivered. Not even a phonecall, and he already failed to deliver it two times.
Really bad delivery service

Buongiorno
lei ha fatto l'ordine il 06/06 che è venerdì e noi abbiamo spedito il giorno stesso come può vedere dal tracking.
Come metodo di spedizione non ha scelto DHL che consegna in 24/48h ma BRT/SDA che come ben specificato consegna in 1/3 giorni lavorativi.
Quindi il venerdì 06/06 è il primo giorno, poi sabato e domenica i corrieri non lavorano, ieri lunedì 09/06 è il secondo giorno e oggi il 10/06 è il terzo giorno è il pacco è in consegna.
In conclusione non mi sembra assolutamente nessun tipo di ritardo da parte nostra.
