Need to study how to integrate IT with customer service.
Arrangement of finance was no issue, other than the commission issue. Information sharing was good and I have no issue with general service, but customer contact is another mater entirely. They are another company that seem to love to use the telephone contact service to annoy and frustrate customers. Answer 20 questions to a robot, only to be asked to repeat every single one, once you reach an agent! Absolutely pathetic. Idiots let loose with IT systems! Try to raise a complaint and suffer the same idiotic 50 questions before actually being able to raise the complaint. I was planning to take another finance agreement for my next car, but after that experience they can get lost!

Interest basically half what the car is worth!
I did not realise until I checked my recent credit report which has just updated how much interest I'm being charged and to be honest it is extortionate and the car is just not worth it!
