I have invested 7 to 8 hours time to call this company and ask for a correct document still waiting from 3rd April. Third class custromer service experience as it takes 30 to 35 mins every time to expalin everything from begining and in the end they are not able to do anything.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, still trying to get my finance application unwound almost 2 weeks after returning the vehicle. Motonovo are a joke. Just need to talk to someone who actually knows what they’re doing, they don’t communicate, don’t respond to emails, won’t let you talk to anyone with half an idea as to what they’re doing. Never had such poor experience with a finance company. Avoid at all costs!
