Ordered cleaning products before Xmas…

Ordered cleaning products before Xmas for a present. Feb 26 update box is “ damaged” so they returned to sender. Very kind offered a third credit note to shop. Very suspicious when ordered as tracking no wasn’t valid. If you happy to throw away your money then highly recommend

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Extremely poor fitting , terrible returns policy. Say they are custom made . This is a lie . Will not provide full refund .
The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Have no intention of refunding. Want me to send photos of poor fit and get me to go to someone who can help me fit them . Off only 60% refund .

Zero Stars - Do Not Buy!
I purchased an expensive model car listed as 'new'. The item arrived covered in grease and extensively damaged. I immediately reached out and they admitted it was damaged before sale and apologised for their mistake. On return of the item, wasting my time for a refund, they 'inspected' it and stated it was more damaged than when they sold it and disputed the refund. Their claim is completely false and questions my integrity. In addition it completely ignores the fact they sold a damaged item as 'new' in the first instance! I've never dealt with a more didhonest seller. Do not buy from this shop!

Don't touch this rubbish with a 10ft pole

0 stars all round 😡

Supplied a dash mat that is absolutely rubbish and doesn't fit the car. While the service was helpful prior to purchase, it's been absolutely rubbish after the issue about the wrong product/fit (except to advise they are "following up with the manufacturer".

Photos supplied to the company show the fit is terrible and nothing lines up with the dash joins. It seems like it's for another vehicle, but in any case looks horrible and has been taken out of the car. I'd rather none at all than this utter rubbish.

We gave the company an opportunity to resolve this prior to writing the review.

​"Used the website’s vehicle selector (Make/Model/Year) to find seat covers. The products shown in the results did not fit my vehicle. Upon returning the items, I received only a partial refund. I am currently in a dispute via PayPal to recover the full amount. In my experience, the search tool did not accurately filter for my car."

Don’t ever buy from Motoquipe

Don’t ever buy from Motoquipe. I ordered car mats for e36 and they forgot my order. Messages them and got the mats after 4weeks, only to find they are not premium grade and they don’t fit. They have sent me the wrong ones. Trying to get a refund after weeks and sending them pics etc. had to log a refund with PayPal. Keep away from this dodgy company.

Robert has gone out of his way to accommodate us from the start
We had a warranty issue he kept us informed the whole way through and was so professional and proactive
I wish all in customer service had Robert’s ethics and was like him

We do sell Black Duck seat covers and are an authorised dealer. You did not order Black Duck seat covers, and most importantly, you did not PAY for them. So ofcourse you did not receive them.

Delivery late

I got told twice delivery was going to be a week ago while i was in town so i didnt change it. Now the seatcovers didnt arrive in time and i left to head back home to queensland with no seatcovers. Now i have to find a way to get them up here.
