Part fits well and cured problem, delivery from EU was only a few days. well done.

I just bought my Range Rovers Evoque only 2 months, I like the car, BUT I never know it’s a car for long distance, so I have been using the car for school runs my teenagers children love it, I work local, shopping, I notice a message pop up exhaust Filter Full take it to the dealership, I google and I found out it a DPF problem with and didn’t know where to turn. Luckily, I was googling then I found Kris, and the amazing reviews, I rang him he come the next day He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and very professional. Everything clearly explained and advised me to be driving my car once in a while on a dual carriage way to clear the system, he fixed the issue quickly. and left me one happy customer and I highly recommend his service to anyone dealing with DPF issues. A+++

Cant rate lower , but would if I could. NOT IN THE UK they are in GERMANY, They IGNORE UK tradings standards law and SALE of good s act. Sent me wrong parts and make every excuse not to collect or expect me to shell out 3 times what the part cost to send it back and seems from other comments would not refund even then... DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM THERE ARE LOTS OF GENUINE UK TRADERS AND ENGINE PARTS SUPPLIERS WILL GIVE YOU PROPER SERVICE AND NOT STEAL YOUR MONEY

I was waiting for the part for my car and when it turned up I felt so good and I thought thank goodness for Motor Doctor.

Ordered 6 May now 23 May they use Evri be warned. Plus my package of over £1000 is now lost but Motor doctor insist its with time! Not for 3 day delivery. Just found out its a sub of Autodoc which now explains everything. They are banned by my company! For truly appalling delivery times in this modern world. 3 months on occasion. They are not in the UK despite looking like they are! AVOID!

Then their Trustpilot team contact me and I still have not even heard from their customer service! How bad is that!
You have cost me a reputation with a good customer and given the worst customer service. IE NONE!

Absolute time wasters, ordered some bmw m5 injectors which have been out of stock for months but briefly showing in stock. Paid £35 each for them for 10. Next day they cancelled their order due to being out of stock, but strangely available on autodoc who I believe are the same company for £70🤔

good parts fair price

Motor-doctor.co.uk made a mistake and sent me the wrong parts (LHD instead of RHD). Instead of simply admitting their mistake, they demanded that I would pay to send them back to Germany. It took publishing this review and emailing the address underneath to solve the problem.

After a few days of back and forth with them, motor-doctor.co.uk agreed to cover the shipping costs and refund me. Thus, I have updated my review from 1 to 2 stars.

If you suspect the part is not correct do not handle it more than necessary or attempt to install it in a vehicle. They will use this to try to evade their responsibilities. Luckily, I could immediately tell that the parts I was sent were wrong.

Be warned that despite the ".uk" website this is a German-based company. Parcels take far longer than advertised to be delivered and any returns (back to Germany, so quite expensive) are the responsibility of the client.
