Autobanden Delti Com makes progress....

Autobanden.Delti.com delivered me a bad front tire Michelin for my motorbike. Lucky I saw it before I got killed. I sent them the pictures witch shows a big bump on the new tire.....And instead of sending a new good tire and take back the bad one they start to make things very complicated. Not acceptable. And not legal in Belgium. In Belgium, you buy a new product and at home you see it is defect, the seller must replace it or pay back.

Now they let me know they will sent a new tire and take back the defect one. That is the right thing to do.
Although they still want me to fill in a form saying that when the tire company claims that it is not their fault, you still lose your money. So I refuse to fill in that form.
I never used this bad tire. Did not drive 1 meter with it. Just putted on the rim and put some air in it and it showed 2 big bumps.
Today I removed the tire and it shows some small defects on the inside. I will see when I get the new tire. Can not go anywhere without my bike.

This afternoon they said next week I will have the new tire.
Seems that they do care about their customers.
Let s hope for the best.
