I actually contacted MotorCheck customer services because I had noticed that the incorrect details for my car were shown when I put my car registration into various vehicle websites (i.e. Confused.com, HPI, etc) including MotorCheck's. I was incredibly surprised and delighted to receive a reply from a real person approximately 5 minutes later. Sammy went above and beyond to help me, confirming that there was an issue with DVLA records and who I needed to contact to correct them. Not one other company I contacted even replied. I will definitely be back to MotorCheck when it's time for my next car!

Cannot believe it has taken me this long to start using MotorCheck. Trade portal easy to use, concise information, decent pricing and dare I say... better than HPI, 5 Stars. - Lebor Performance Cars.

I relied on their data to buy a car, and it cost me a lot of money just because their system did not pick the mileage discrepancy, when I message them to double it for me, they came back and said the same wrong info. Their system can not check the NMR database for mileage discrepancies.

As a novice private car buyer I found Motor Check brilliant, very helpful .They guided me through a possible purchase and identified that finance was owed on the vehicle. I gave it a wide berth. I recommend them 100%

Surprisingly, brilliant.

Motorcheck were one of the cheapest vehicle history checking services I could find at well under £10, and yet; have a really sleek website and report format, a thorough series of checks (that identified outstanding finance on the vehicle I was interested in), and best of all; a feature where you can click a button to have them call the finance provider on your behalf and check that the finance has been cleared.

I've used a few of these services in the past, costing 2-3 times as much; and none offered this facility, which eliminates considerable hassle for the customer.

I'll use them again on my next purchase.

I was interested of buying a car and MotorCheck helped me found out the car has category N. Also I have seen some picture of damage before repair and once I saw them I didn't want to buy this car any more.

Payed £10 for report. Received a message saying the payment had been taken but they couldn’t generate a report.

Had an issue with a Finance Company not removing a Finance marker. Was removed very quickly after Teddy checked it out.Great service from Teddy at Motorcheck.
