Fast delivery

Fast delivery, and the order was exactly as expected. However, I’m not happy with the returns policy—there’s a minimum 25% restocking fee. You also have to phone them and provide proof of when the item was returned and who it was returned to.

It would be better if they were the original supplier, rather than buying from elsewhere and then reselling, as it seems to create confusion.

On several occasions I had to call Accounts and confirm my bank details, even though they had already received my payment. They should not be asking for bank account details again
