Totally Unseated
I ordered a seat for my motorcycle and paid the full amount by card. I received an e mail confirming my order, with an order number. I then tried to contact them to enquire as to when I might expect delivery, but got no response. I tried various means of contact as shown on their website, again receiving no response. All e mails sent to the company using their stated e mail address, have been unsuccessful. I have tried to cancel the order but again have failed to elicit any form of response. Money was taken out of my account 2 days following the order acknowledgement.
stating paypal,followed by a reference which was unfamiliar to me, despite not having used paypal. I contacted paypal, and they have no record of this transaction, nor does it show in my paypal account?.
I am now beginning to believe that I have been well and truly "scammed" and have taken steps to change my card details. However, the chance of me getting any of my payment back is "remote" so I will just have to be extra vigilant before buying on line in future.
