Very professional.
Totally understanding of my situation and dealt with everything with such empathy.

I came to Caddick Davies for a totting up situation. Tom Dewsbury, who I was assigned was extremely helpful from the start, calm and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. He explained my situation concisely and clearly, and whilst obviously making no promises helped me build a strong case. On the day of the hearing, they supplied an excellent legal counsel and helped me succeed in a defence of Extraordinary Hardship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them generally, and Tom in particular. Throughout the process he was always available for a chat through anything and to answer any questions I had.

I was very stupid, was pulled over by the police who said my driving was dangerous so contacted Caddick Davis to review my case and dealt with David McChrystal who made me feel at ease, they basically saved my driving license and I can’t thank them enough, if I ever needed a solicitor again I would 100% be using Caddick Davis

I instructed Caddick & Davies for a complex case involving drink driving (80mg), failure to stop, driving without due care (Boarder line dangerous driving)

I cannot thank the team enough. Oliwia was fantastic throughout the process; she was incredibly knowledgeable and responded to my emails with impressive speed. She made a daunting process much more manageable by breaking down the work into small, actionable tasks—like sourcing character references, doctors' notes, a personal letter to the court, and other evidence—which kept me from feeling overwhelmed. She also chased the courts on my behalf and was a massive support while I was dealing with the anxiety of the situation.
