Don’t normally leave reviews however Caddick Davies have been excellent in getting a speeding case resolved for me and going through the mitigation process dealing with the police directly. My solicitor was Holly Astbury and I only have positive things to say about her and the whole team who were understanding and non-judgmental throughout the whole process. If you’re considering a company to use from personal experience I wouldn’t go anywhere else !! Thank you again Holly and team for enabling me to keep my license despite facing a long term driving ban due to excessive speed ( to get my family out of danger). Connor

Great experience, and really glad I used Caddick Davies.

The case handler was swapped, but this was a positive for me as the original one wasn't half as organised as the replacement.

Niamh was great from the start all the way through to the follow up call after the hearing. Always professional, and helpful.

Louis who represenred me on the day was all you could ask for really. Eased me into, great explinations and delivered clearly in the court room. Came dressed the part and certainly made the difference on the day.

Between the two, there is no hesitation that my sentance was reduced from a ban to points and a fine. A well compiled and detailed mitigation that was examined and narrowed down perfectly to have maximum impact on the magistrates.

The two need to be rewarded for their great approach, professionalism and desire to help.

I can’t thank Caddick Davies enough for the support they gave me during an extremely stressful time. I was facing a court hearing for driving without due care and attention, and I was extremely worried about the possibility of losing my licence.
