From placing an order right till the car was trailer delivered, communication from the Sales & Delivery teams was excellent. Kept updated through the whole process. Car delivered with only 5 miles on the clock!

I must say that from my initial telephone contact through to vehicle delivery yesterday the whole car purchasing process has been excellent. Everyone I spoke to has been pleasant, friendly and efficient. Emails have always been answered promptly and efficiently. I must single out Josh and Fiona, so friendly and helpful. I got the car I wanted at a very good price and Josh got me a very good trade in. Would I recommend Motorfinity, of course, without doubt. Oh and delivery was excellent too.

Poor communication, been waiting since February still no car! We have had the 4 weekly updates as advised but these really only said that they didn't have anything else to tell us. I appreciate that new cars are being delayed by world events but i feel communication could be better. Trying to upsell a service plan before we have even been given a delivery date feels like desperate commission based push. Patrick claimed the order before us had a delivery date of April so expected ours to be a similar delivery time. Don't think the blue light discount is worth the disappointing service and will think twice before using again!

From the first interaction, Motorfinity have been one of the best companies I’ve ever purchased from. When I made the original enquiry, Patrick went through every step, what I needed to do, and helped me along the way. Whenever I asked patrick a question, he would always phone me the same/next day and answer it - reassuring me as much as possible.
Once the car arrived in the country, Lucy was extremely helpful. Once again, any time I asked a question Lucy would reply promptly, and once again answered any question, no matter how ridiculous, in the best way possible.
Patrick then handled the part exchange, once again reassuring me and making sure that I knew what was going on at every step of the way. The part exchange was handled incredibly well (sold my old car the day before the new one arrived) and I got a fair price for the car.
From day one- Motorfinity were a pleasure to deal with the, and the near £5000 saving on a brand new car is the cherry on the cake.
A long way away, but will certainly be buying my next car from Motorfinity too.

Very good communication, and a pretty straightforward process. We had contact from a number of members of the Motorfinity team during our car purchase. They were all up to speed on our case, suggesting they have good communication between themselves.
