Extremely Convenient
The listings were sortable, filterable, and had a lot of variety of vehicles. We found an ideal vehicle for our trip, specified where we'd like to pick it up, and all worked out within about a day.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience!
Never booking through Motorhome Republic again!
!! We originally booked a van and later edited our dates to remove a day (more than 2 months in advance) due to flight times not aligning with van pick up. Instead of a simple adjustment, we were slapped with a significant extra charge!!!!! When we looked into cancelling altogether, we discovered that the deposit was non-refundable, which meant we’d lose even more money. The entire process left us feeling completely trapped, with nasty hidden fine print and conditions that only benefit the company.
This experience made it clear that Motorhome Republic is not interested in making fair or reasonable adjustments. Their priority seems to be taking as much money as possible, not supporting or caring about their customers. A very disappointing and frustrating experience.

We sincerely apologize for the delayed response and for the frustration you’ve experienced. We completely understand how disappointing this situation must have felt.
Please note that with some of our rental partners, any changes made after the booking is confirmed can be treated as a new booking under their terms. This means the rate available at the time of the amendment request may be applied to recalculate the entire booking amount, not just the days changed.
Regarding cancellations, the fees vary depending on the rental company and when the cancellation request is received. The cancellation policy is clearly outlined at the time of booking and is agreed upon at confirmation.
That said, we’d like to review your case in more detail. If you can kindly provide your booking reference number (starting with IM), we’ll be happy to look into this further and contact you directly to address your concerns.
