Rubbish Motorola 14 smart (???) phone NOT!!
I bought a Motorola 14 from O2 shop in Boston on Wed 10 July 2024. Over the next 3 days, it broke down every day and would not work after entering the correct pin number (which I had wrote down). The phone worked during the day time, when I must have entered the pin number at least 50 times but when I woke up the next morning it would not work. I took the phone back to the O2 shop on 3 seperate occasions, but each time it stopped working again after they had got it going. Terrible phone, I will never ever buy another Motorola in my lifetime and would recommend readers do the same. I returned the phone and exchanged it for a Samsung, a million times more reliable.
I just purchased Motorola edge 50 pro
I just purchased Motorola edge 50 pro
And company is advertising it as a IP68 phone but in 10 days phone collapse under 2 3 minutes of rain which not as per IP68
and there service centers are very bad the are not understanding the problem of customer
Highly risky purchase not recommended
And this all happened in just 10 days
Not fit for purpose
Discusting service from what is a dying brand. Purchased a Motorola G84 and had poor download speeds over wifi since day one. I wasn't aware that the phone was to blame at first. This phone has an under specced antenna that will only achieve a maximum download speed of 300Mbps over WiFi. They are covering up this issue and advising there is nothing wrong with this device. I have sent the device for repair for it to be returned as repaired with no actual testing to prove this.
I have gone back and forth with their very poor customer script reading service team trying to dismiss the fact that all the G84 mobiles have this issue.
Poor form, poor customer service and shocking company.
Avoid Motorola, at all costs.
Lenovo & Motorola
Been a devoted customer of Lenovo for over 30 years and Motorola over 10 years but will never, ever buy another Moto or Lenovo product. Although products quite reliable, Customer Service is non-existent. When you most need it, no-one to be found. Do not honour money-off coupons. Do not correspond. Atrocious service. How not to run a company - look no further.
My phone went back to motorola for a…
My phone went back to motorola for a screen repair after 5 months and in repair process my phone got lost I made two phone calls to motorola at a cost of £21 what a joke I have to pay for calls of a fulty phone off the five months from new , motorola have got to be the the worst company I've ever dealt with, shocking and will be going back to samsung
SwiftKey won't work with external screen
I have a Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and SwiftKey doesn't work on the external screen. I won't use Gboard as it's horrible, so my expensive phone is only 50% operable. I've tried contacting Motorola many times and they ignore any emails sent. Also tried live chat, but when I went to find IMEI number in settings, the chat had dissappeared when I got back to the browser. So now I'll have to sell this phone as one of the main reasons I bought it was because of the great reviews for the external screen, which is useless to me. Probably get a Samsung Fold next time, despite their bloatware.
Bought a baby camera / monitor
Bought a baby camera and been asking for advice for almost a month and no responses given, just a link for a form to fill in and still haven't been contacted. Desperately needed an extra camera for our newborn but looks like I'll spend my money elsewhere. Waste of time, don't bother buying any baby items off them
Don't get a Motorola ever
I bought my device in UK. Moved to Thailand and had my screen broken. They told me they cannot repair it in Thailand because I bought it in UK and they also cannot accept it in UK because i will send it from another country .
So the only chance I have to repair it is to go myself to UK, which will cost me more than a new device.
Please, make yourself a favour and buy your phone from a professional worldwide company, like SAMSUNG or APPLE
I wish I could give a minus score
I wish I could give a minus score. I bought a Moto G13 just over a year ago. I experienced problems with the microphone after a few weeks, people could not hear me speaking to them. This happened every so often, apparently it is a common fault with the phone. After a bit of hassle Motorola authorised a warrant repair and sent parts to a local phone shop. This has not helped at all. The only way to contact Motorola is through a chat bot and email. After asking via return email for a replacement they stopped all communication with me. I have tried through the chat bot again and spoken to one of their call centres via it but they just fob me off. Please do not buy anything from this company. They used to be a great company but now do not interact with customers and do not give any degree of customer service. I have now wasted my money with them and am being forced into buying a new phone from a genuine company and not these con men at Motorola. They are also part of Leveno
Wow I know knew they had such crap …
Wow I never knew they had such crap rating, untill I bought this G84 5G phone which Is to replace the honor phone I had dropped to go with my honor smart watch magic 2
But of course I now don't get notifications on my smart watch because when I try and enable them by toggling the switch on the app it says disabled for "my security" what a load of crap it's to force you to buy a Motorola smart watch which now I will never do they fig there heels in I'll dig mine in further I will never buy a Motorola product as long as I live this phone will be going back to Argos as have only had it a few days and will take to all forms of social media to let everybody know about their dirty tactics to flog more of their products, after all it's sn android phone and an android smart watch
Also when called Motorola support to see if there was a way to fort this agency said no as soon as I accused the company of doing it deliberately he put the phone down on me
So now I understand these frankly absolutely shocking ratings
If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. They advertised a warranty which I purchased and then changed the deal that was offered. Despite my attempts to get customer services to understand they are putting the blame on me. Absolutely appalling company to deal with. I have bought motorola phones for years but no more.

Bought moto g100 for 250€ from third party retailer and it broke down after just year i put it up for warranty repair but they got me new thinkphone by Motorola (1000€) would recommend 5/5.
Thank you Motorola
Worst customer service
Worst customer service, slow returns service for a faulty device, no updates, chargeable contact number, failure to respond/update on repair when promised and last (but by no means least) an update on their repair tracker which suggests repaired phone has been delivered which is a complete fabrication. Small claims court it is then!
Razr screen issues
Razr screen issues
Bought a Motorola Razr mobile phone in August of last year. In December the screen developed a fault - a line running across the fold of the phone on the screen. Was told by Currys that they could not repair it as it's a Motorola and I contacted the manufacturer's customer support. They collected the phone and their third-party repairer (SBE) told me the phone was physically damaged and I could pay just under £290 to have it repaired. Argued my case as the phone was literally just 4 months old, in excellent condition other than the screen. I'm not exactly in the habit of wrecking something I've just spent £800 on. Then contacted Motorola customer support and they spoke with SBE and found with them. Problem is it is my word against SBE's that the phone was damaged (in their opinion, by me). As a customer I have no recourse against this and I have to take their report as factual, and therefore not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Would rather have the phone be destroyed than spend nearly £300 having it repaired for it probably to do the same again.
Expensive lesson learnt and will not be buying anything Motorola ever again. Joke of a way to treat customers. Reading some of these reviews, it's apparent that other Razr customers are having similar issues. Must be that we all damage our phones...
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra user
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra user, an expensive phone. I have it for 6 months before the screen developed issues. Sent back under warranty with zero damage, screen protector in place and phone cases always used and Motorola claim they don't cover the screen AT ALL on their touch screen device. Shameful. Never again.

have to say i wasnt happy at all at first, as i could not get android auto to work, but i finally found the solution and now its a thumbs up for me 😁
They would give Delboy a bad name.
I purchased a Motorola G9 Play and it was advertised inclusive of Android 12 and 13 upgrades, to future proof it with updates and all importantly security updates.
Motorola has broken it's contract with the sale, as it has not provided Android 12 and 13 as stated in the sales description.
Shame on you Motorola. I hope the European Union Trade Authority fine you millions. I will be forwading my concerns.

Crooks at best Fraudsters at worst
Crooks at best Fraudsters at worst, I wanted to order a phone and it stated on their site subscribe and you'll get 5% of your next order so I subscribed and I received my 5% discount code. The phone was reduced from £179.99 to £152.99 and it actually stated £152.99 on their site and in my basket, so I decided to purchase the phone I put in my discount code and unaware to me instead of paying 5% less of the £152.99 it increased the price to £159.99 and when you had 5% on £152.99 comes to £160.64, I didn't realize until after my purchase that I had paid £159.99. So I contacted unhelpful customer service and explained every and sent proof of what the website was stating, they came back stated that the phone was indeed priced at £159.99 which was a total lie as it was saying on their site £152.99 then after a few emails between us Motorola had now increased the price to £159.99 on their site. Then later on lowered it again to £152.99, so I actually went on and bought the phone again and only paid £152.99 and I still didn't receive this so-called discount I was promised for subscribing to their email. Motorola had committed fraud on my order as the person I was dealing with at customer services was adamant that phone was priced at £159.99 even though I had sent proof of what the site had actually said £152.99 and that someone had changed it to £159.99 on the hope I wouldn’t cancel the order.
What a horrid company.

Avoid Motorola and Their Phones
My partner and I bought Motorola G14 phones because our previous Motorola E13 phones would not connect reliably to our cars to allow us to make and receive calls; we were told the problem was the operating system for the E13 was Android Go but the Motorola G14 had full Android and this would solve the problem. To cut a long story short, we bought G14s but had problems getting the phones to connect/ pair with our cars. We went to the manufacturers appointed garages for our cars and they spent a lot of time and effort trying to get the phones to connect and perform correctly but sadly failed.
I then tried to phone Motorola Customer Support UK but the first 2 listed ordinary numbers I tried said they were not in service - surprise, surprise. I then tried their 0871 charging number which connected. After a few minutes of messages I got to speak to allegedly a customer support agent called Michael which sounded as though he was not based in a UK call centre. I explained the problem but he just said he only dealt with Motorola products and could not help with devices from other manufacturers. I tried to explain again but got nowhere. Motorola have asked for my customer reference number but I was not given one!
From my experience I would suggest you avoid Motorola and their products, we certainly will in future.
