I don't know why people have made so many negative reviews. I got a fast delivery and the product was in the condition it was promised.

AVOID at all costs!!! List an Item as OE/OEM BUT IT IS NOT!!! It was costly!! Over $2,000.00 for rebuilding transmission & diagnostics. NOT ORIGINAL PARTS! Claim 3 year warranty and never responded to emails about MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. BEWARE - RUN! Use another place - Rock Auto has been amazing!

They sold me a gearbox for a Bmw r1200 St that it was not working.
They don't check the parts, and it's a complete waste of time, and money.
By the way, the part is for sale again.
Good luck searching in another place.

Don't buy anything from this site please. Iv been paying 3 different people Andrii Pidlisnyi , Denys Dzhun and Mykola Boiko . This company is not trusted.

The operation seems very vague and unprofessional. No responsibility is taken for mistakes; instead, the customer is made to pay for them. Not recommended!

I bought a used CDI that I found out I didn’t need and returned it to the company.

Afterwards I got called annoying and told it was clearly not the same part as the zip-tied parts sticker they had put on had gotten crumbled which it wasn’t when they shipped it out.

They now refuse to refund me and has kept both my money and the part I wished to return.

I will never shop here again and suggest all others not to either.

I ordered a complete rear mudguard/taillight unit for an XSR900 which was was well priced and dispatched quickly. The website could do with more detailed photo's of the parts as there was a little damage on the mudguard that was not visible on the website images - but i was able to fix it ok. Overall it was a good buy for the money.

Ordered a bike part from this crowd which was marked as available and ready to be dispatched on 01/05/24.
Shortly after placing my order they set a (what I believe) fake tracking number with status "label has been printed" which never changed in 2 weeks.
When asked why the part was not shipped out they said we are contacting the dealer which sells the part to check. They kept coming back with all sorts of excuses when in reality they did not had the part in stock.
Had to open paypal claim after countless emails trying to get a refund and thanks to PayPal got a refund.
Avoid these scammers and don't let them waste your time or get your hard earned cash.

Despite it's average reviews I decided to give this supplier a go. The item in question is a difficult part to source, a Moto Guzzi petrol tank flap cover without a lock. This company had one in stock. Good quality photo's to inform me. Ordered it on Monday 19th February and just received it today 21st February via UPS. Bearing in mind it has to go through customs and has been shipped all the way from the Netherlands. Ii thought that it was pretty good going.
UPS in turn informed me of delivery date etc.
Was not disappointed with my purchase, was as described. Reasonably priced.
I'm actually very happy with my purchase and would consider using them again.

Seen a lot of negative reviews and it made me unsure about ordering but I went ahead with mine.

Bought a fuel tank and got it posted to Northern Ireland. Label was created and UPS picked up the parcel the day after I ordered (29/1), and it was delivered on 1/2.

Tank matches the pictures and was really well packaged.

Once you return the product, it is impossible to get the money back. They reply to emails a few times and then stop replying. I recommend anything but that crap!

scam! received only half of the advertised product

Tried to complete purchase. Wasn’t allowed. My card is in order and all details were entered correctly. Cost of purchase €328. Very disappointed

Purchased the part, was given a delivery date of 1 week from the Netherlands to Ireland. Seems reasonable.
10 days later, the part was still not posted. I was getting no information from customer services and only had an update that the part was shipped after opening a Paypal dispute.
After 2 weeks, the part arrived (bear in mind I've had parts from Thailand that have arrived in half this time).
The part was not as in the picture, it was damaged and not usable. This site is a total waste of time and money. Ended up buying the same part again from German breaker, it arrived in under 72 hours and was in good condition. AVOID.

Just perfect. I ordered an XT600 exhaust on the 22nd and received it, here in Denmark, today the 25th. That is fast 🚀
By the way the old exhaust is, if not in mint condition, then in great shape. Suddenly there is a long time to march, where I can ride the old XT again.
