Good experience, staff all very pleasant etc

The staff never hassle you, but give you all the information you need. I have now had five cars from the Glasgow branch and will definitely use them again.

Was very pleased with the condition of the car, although 5 years old it looked and drove like new. There was a bit of a delay at reception when collecting but that was probably due to our late arrival

Salesman Vincent, was very polite made me very comfortable, he explained everything about the finance slowly and accurately, I would have full confidence in recommending Vincent to my friends and family.

My experience of motorpoint was that Seth one of the staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Great experience, no pressure, allowed to wander without anyone annoying us, chose our car that day and picked it up the next!

Overall, very good, but experience not problem free. Initial collection date of 16th March missed and collection delayed until 25th March. Problem exacerbated because no-one could offer a specific explanation for the delay or tell me where my car was. On collection staff very friendly and helpful though.

No salesman following you around , greeted when you walk in , asked if they can help then left me to have a look around at my request as wasn't sure what type of car I was wanted , seeing possible car of interest and approached sale staff , test drive and sort figures out and now I'm happy got car that I liked.

I looked online and narrowed down what cars I wanted to look at. When I arrived at Motorpoint I found it refreshing that there was no hard sell. The salesman, Matthew, was polite and let me make my own mind up as to which car I would like. Once I chose, finalising the sale was quick and easy.
