From first contact the staff were great, friendly, informative, helpful and professional. But at no time did they push me l felt l was making my own decision. The financial agreement with my part exchange was also better than the previous two car dealers l had spoken to so all in all l was very pleased. Motorpoint will be my first port of contact for future car purchases.

I was looked after by Arif who was professional, pleasant and dealt with any questions that I needed answering. He was very attentive.

After walking out of a local competitor due to their abysmal service I ended up at Motorpoint, 5 mins before their closing time.
I knew the car I wanted after seeing it on their website, while I reviewed while sat waiting in the showroom of their competitor.

I was intending to just quickly asses and call back the next day, as it was so close to closing time.
Instead of dismissing me, their sales guy, Rhys happily listened to us and within 20 mins, we had agreed on a p/e value, price for the car, and a no nonsense, no pressure tactic, an extended warranty.

Arranged to collect the car in 2 days time.

2 days later I picked the car up as arranged.

Next morning, the car wouldn't start.
Rang Motorpoint. They arranged for a breakdown truck to call to my house, within the hour and the breakdown guy did that.

He was able to get the car started (flat battery) but recommended I take it back to Motorpoint as Engine Warning Light remained on, for a full diagnostics review. Did so.

They warmly welcomed me , quickly realised it would need a detailed assessment, but being a Bank Holiday Saturday, said it couldn't be done until the follow Tuesday, but loaned me a replacement car (no charge) with the view that a new battery maybe needed and if so, they would pay for that.

That is exactly what happened and what they did.
Rhys, who had seen me come in while he was serving another customer, didn't duck the issue but came over as soon as he was done with them, and we had a good chat... No salesman here trying to duck and dive a "bad sale"; he was as equally attentive to fix the issue as he was in aiding the sale a few days earlier.

So not only was the pre-sales service simple, quick, easy and no pressure...the after sales was as equally up to the job.

Definitely the best experience I've had in buying cars over the last 30 years; the epitome of great customer service.

When I need to buy another car, I know where I will be going.

I would highly recommend Motorpoint.

Really helpful when purchasing my MG.HS Elliot was great showing us both around the car and the controls inside. It had been valeted couple days before but a pigeon had left its * so he had it re valeted.
Really relaxed atmosphere no pushing, nice cuppa.

Ive recently been to Motorpoint Leeds and part ex my car with the lovely Rania in Leeds Branch and WOW what a fantastic experience this was from start to finish. No sales pressure, no jargon or anything as im new to buying cars etc and suc a pleasant, welcoming and attentive personal service from her. Shes been amazing throughout and couldnt reccomend her enough honestly. thank you so much for making it such a smooth experience and ill see you again next time for sure :-)
