Excellent staff very knowledgeable will recommend to others

This is long but in your own interest I beg you to read this : I bought a Jaecoo 5 EV Luxury from Motorpoint and at first they were attentive and your own portal keeps you informed up to date BUT be careful after they offered me a good price on my PX and I was pleased and didn’t attempt to knock down the price of J5
I had some finance which was through Black Horse and that was easy and seamless they got their commission £500 odd happy days STOP THERE!
So it should have been they had given me their lowest px price so thought all was ok. Collection Day a nightmare! I had been unable to drive for a long period and omitted a service the garage I purchased from Barnes had gone bust and MG was closed (px) I got the AA and they did a 2 year service Motorpoint said it would void the manufacturer guarantee but apparently it doesn’t affect the cars main running battery, there was a dent that I didn’t even notice until then. They deducted nearly £3500 off because I had set my heart on the new one so with a huge lump in my throat I took it on the chin. Ok then to rub salt into the wound the actual hand over of the new car was non existent this might sound sour grapes but no. On the J5 it is bustling with technology and was one of the draws to it, it needs a registered App to really get the potential the lady setting it up could not do it and hinted her BMW was easy. She said have a play around with it when you get home! I was only given the keys and not shown a thing
With the app it needed the VIN number which was on their portal and needed an engine number which they should have known the following morning I contacted them for this and someone from head office said he sent the request to Maidstone and they will contact me, this is now 5 days at writing and no answer, their after sales is terrible these are all true facts and not sour grapes I am just asking you to be careful

I was very anxious for my appointment and Izzie and the lady on reception and were very understanding. The process of selling my car to them was simple provided you have all the correct documents which I did. They offered me a fair price which i accepted. Izzie was fantastic and very informative. I accidentally left my dashcam in the car and Izzie allowed me to collect it the following day. Happy customer, great service , thanks Izzie and the coffee there was just a good 😀😀

Unbeatable value. I wanted a specific vehicle with low milage and within my budget. I had looked locally. Nothing. They had my exact requirement but in another location. They transported it for me. Prepared it. After an inspection and test drive I drove it home 90 minutes after first actually seeing it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unbeatable value.

It was a great experience and our Advisor Charlie was very helpful and answered all our questions. Would give 10/10 in our experience and would recommend. This my third car from Motorloint and would recommend them.

Very relaxed environment where we could spend our time without being hassled to buy, I didn't actually visit to buy a car that day as I was just looking to see what kind of car I'd like but I felt comfortable and I've ended up with a fantastic Volvo. I'd very much recommend Darcy and the team

They could have checked the car better I don’t think the looked under the bonnet the oil was low so was the windshield washer one tyre wanted air I think all about rushed to get it ready waiting about one and a half hour over our appointment

Great service from Marko and Ellie. Initially spoke to Marko a few months back but personal circumstances didn’t make it possible to go ahead at the time, but when things changed I contacted Marko again and he was very helpful. I popped in unexpectedly without an appointment and he made time to see me, listened to what I wanted and was not pushy at all. There was a slight delay in getting a refund I was owed but again Marko sorted this promptly and I’m really happy with the new car. Ellie was also great at handover stage, she was so friendly and chatty and took the time to answer any questions I had. Thanks everyone!
