Great place to purchace a car
Met at receptioun by a great, friendly young lady named Elliyah who was great. Showed us our car and masde sure Lyn could get in and out as she has a meytal plate in her leg. The car was great, she then made us a cup of coffe till we met Caiden. He checked our trade in and really helped me with my phone to get my ins and pay my valuation. Fantastic guy and very knowledgeble. Every thing was done quickly and im really happy with my new car. Motorpoint at Newport is fantastic. All the staff are really helpfull and friendly. The salesman (Owain) at Motorpoint was very welcoming yet professional, he gave us the keys and left us to look over the car with no pressure at all. When we were happy Owain arranged a test drive the whole deal was done in about an hour.

The whole experience was brilliant!
I visited the Newport Motorpoint on a Saturday morning with a view to trading in my car for an electric vehicle.
I was greeted by Michael who, at my request, showed me a BYD. It turned out to be too expensive for me so he the showed me a Volvo. I test drove it and loved it.
We then proceeded with the purchase which we completed and I was able to drive the car off in time for lunch!
Michael was a very friendly and professional guy and I would happily do business with him again when I next visit moyorpoint.

They are very customer focused when selling cars but after care and customer care are poor, once you have the money for the car everything else is irrelevant. I have sent emails stating that the new car I recently bought has no service history book or documents in it to which I have had no response whatsoever, got your money now you don't matter is how it looks.
