A very relaxed way to buy a car. No pressure at all from any staff. It was, "there are the cars have a look ask for keys if there are any you wish to investigate further. Any questions come and find a member of staff". When we had decided on a car, the sales process was again hassle free. All staff had a smile and time to talk to us. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them.

I love my new car and I had such a good price on my part exchange.

After dealing with CarWow and Motorway and wasting my time with their "offers" that never come anywhere near what they say when the auction happens, I got a valuation for my wife's mint 2024 Mini Cooper Sport Premium exceeding the above's quotes by almost £2k.

So booked in for 11am on Sunday at NewPort, uploaded all the required finance docs, driving licence, V5C and utility bill. Turned up to a very smart and organised outfit. The young chap we dealt with (can't recall his name unfortunately) was fantastic. Car was checked over, tech's plugged it in, and when he came back he was wow, the condition is immaculate.

Fast forward 10 mins, and money lands in my wife's account (over and above the finance settlement) and the finance settled by them.

Long wait as car wasn’t ready. Wasn’t valeted inside, mud on passenger seat and in drivers footwell. I suspect it had been valeted but was then taken to the workshop after the valet rather than the other way round. Constructive feedback for you I hope. Jon was very helpful at Newport branch.
My only negative experience was trying to speak to the branch which took several attempts and waiting in the phone for over 20 minutes each time.

great guy Tom Holland we dealt with, i hate cars but needed a new one, he was not pushy and you could tell making sure the customer was happy was the main thing, would buy from here again for sure, must mention the young lad Morgan as well, very helpful.

We had a long drive to Wales to collect our new car, but it was well worth it We found Tom Holland your sales rep very helpful with the hand over and we are pleased with the vehicle we bought and it drove well on the way home

Sold a car that has headlight out of place ruining the cosmetics of the car but as its functional and cosmetic not mechanical motorpoint refused to fix it due to the car being 7 years old. Is this is the case dont sell 7 year old.

Motorpoint had a lot of chose of cars, and the prices were good. We were allowed to walk around the cars at our leisure. The service was excellant, we will definitely go there again when we change our car .Ollie served us and explained everything about the finance.

Sold my 2019 ford focus st line 2.0d estate to motorpoint in newport today 27th July in less than a hour and paid into my bank excellent staff and paid me £700 more than we buy any car 10/10 would reccomend these guys..
