Great and frendly service thanks tom Sherborne and James for making things so relaxing and frendly, even thogh we had picked a car on line left us to have a look round with no pressure on time etc,
Was offered certain covers but not pushy,etc,I'm in my 60's and best experience in buying car by far,thanks motorpoint Sean & mandy,ps tom keep doing what you are doing buddy and putting them smiles on face's

Zac was brilliant, answered all my questions.
I was very pleased with everything.
On the day I picked my car up, zac had a colleague working with (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) she was also polite and friendly too.

We recently bought a new car from the Norwich site. From start to finish, the team were friendly and helpful, yet not pushy or overbearing. All questions were answered clearly and there was never any pressure to buy - which was refreshing. There was a slight issue with tyres being quite worn, however Motorpoint were happy to help and sorted this very quickly for us - hassle free! Overall, the team were super friendly and made the process an enjoyable experience, rather than a stressful one! Would recommend!

Sophie initially seemed tentative but took us through the process successfully.

I purchased a lovely little Fiat 500 from the Norwich branch. All the staff based there are very friendly. There was no pressure selling and the whole experience was very relaxed and straight forward. Dave and Jack were extremely helpful and Abbi has been a star. I would highly recommend the Norwich branch if anyone is thinking about buying a new car. Motorpoint is my new go to and I can’t thank them enough.

Friendly but not ‘pushy’ experience start to finish, and happy to accommodate several changes. Well done to Shannon, Sophie, Tom and the others who helped promptly with professionalism and care. Nothing was too much trouble and we are very happy with the new car!

So helpful at all time . Not pushy , asked what we were looking for . Hadn’t intended on buying a car at that time , but staff (Ellis and Abby) were so helpful we did . Kept in contact with us all the time .

Great experience with the car. Great team that work here and helpful. Lots of different vehicles and was spoiled for choice as I had no idea what I wanted. Once getting the vehicle home my friend noticed that some of the front passenger tyre has wall damage to it where someone has hit a curb or something.

The Motorpoint branch is really easy to find and the team are very friendly and relaxed. They allowed me to look around the car freely at my own pace, and let me take a test drive freely for an hour. I felt so relaxed being there, not like other places that hound you to buy the car immediately. I would definitely come back to buy another car.

Every thing was fine until we came to collect the car and it took two hours and no one seemed to know what they were doing

Swift transaction. No pressure selling to get finance or all sorts of warranties and other products which can be really annoying in some dealers.

MOTORPOINT NORWICH
This was my first time visit to any Motorpoint site and was a little weary as to how pushy the sales staff were going to be. How wrong was I?
We were greeted at the door and given an explanation as to where to find the type of car and then left alone to look without someone constantly asking "Is this the perfect car for you?" every 2 minutes.
We had a test drive, on our own, for half an hour but could have had a longer one if we wanted. Again, when we returned with the car there was no pushy sales person trying to sell me finance etc.
This was a totally different experience to one we had at another nearby car sales establishment.

When we returned to buy the car we were offered another chance to test drive just to make 100% sure that we were happy with the car.

All of the admin was done by the Motorpoint staff and they even set up the direct debit road tax too.

Would I recommend Motorpoint Norwich [Shannon and Abbi]? Yes!
Will I be going back to Motorpoint Norwich for my next car? Yes!

Our experience with Motorpoint Norwich was on the whole very good. A particular shout out to Shannon and Sophie who were very professional and are a credit to the branch. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that due to a mix-up the car had not been serviced before collection and the hybrid battery was flat. I understand new charging stations have now been installed but was too late for us. The car has now been serviced at our local branch (Birmingham) but disappointed that they would not collect and deliver the car back to us given the circumstances. However, that said we would recommend Motorpoint as we are very happy with our purchase and the issues have been handled and sorted in a professional manner.

I found buying the car, an easy experience.
Although the paperwork did take some time, but that's very understandable. Shannon did a great job throughout. My neighbour asked about the car,and through our conversation he has now enquired with Motorpoint on buying a car himself!
