Good morning, Motorpoint was our 4th visit, after 3 previous dealers, fell well short of our expectations.

Thankfully we had the pleasure of Nathan Coy looking after us. From start to finish, on what was a tricky journey, due to my financial past, he could not have been more helpful or professional. I have already recommended Motorpoint to family and friends, if they are thinking of getting a new/used car.

Helpful staff but not pushy

What I did like was the no hard sale attitude but was there for us if we needed any questions asking.
Nothing was too much trouble but in a way where there was no patronising, no pressure with just a clam and relaxed atmosphere.
Was very impressed and would recommend to others.

The staff there are awesome, there polite, helpful, always there to answer any questions you have, wellcoming and the car looks amazing when its ready for collection.

The people were great and not pushy. The site was clean and well organised. The only downside was getting the service record for the vehicle I bought. This proved a challenge but I got there in the end.

Great Service, Had one issue which was rectified very quickly. Couldn’t ask for more. Dawid at the Peterborough branch couldn’t do any more if he tried. Highly recommend.

The sales staff were friendly and attentive throughout the process. It was explained that the agent who dealt with me was “in training” and periodically he sought advice from his mentor on an issue he was unsure about. Generally all went well including the short test drive on which I was accompanied by the agent.
More time and patience might have been given to verbal and physical explanation of the vehicle’s functions and how to operate them. There is much to take in and a quick demonstration (which was not always fully accurate first time) followed by a flippant reference to the owner’s manual could have been far better done. However, the demo did concentrate on most safety features which led to a drive home which increased in confidence as the journey progressed. Since the purchase, I have still a fair bit to learn about the car’s operation eg. the operation of the Satnav. System which is quite different from the one in the car I have replaced. Perhaps I am a slow learner but technology is becoming ever more sophisticated and I would have liked better help at the time of purchase to appreciate more of the vehicle’s advertised features rather than being left to stumble over them in due time.
