The overall experience. Our salesman Charlie was really helpful we couldn't of asked for better, there was no pressure to buy. He was genuinely helpful and professional The whole time and the manager Shaun was helpful too. In fact everyone we came into contact with made us feel relaxed and happy so if I could give more than 10 out of 10 I would so thank you motorpoint.

Went to sell my Tesla Model Y
Went to sell my Tesla Model Y, agreed the price, they asked for service history which was on the Tesla app, said they need the paper work, explained that Tesla just update the app showed them again, they agreed that it had full service history, but still needed paper work, l said again everything is on the app that's how Tesla work, tried to knock over £4000 off the sale, disgusting service, car now sold for a better price, would not use back street car dealers like Motorpoint ever again,

Took car in to be valued BIG MISTAKe
Took car in to be valued, they failed to inform us that they'd be keeping it until foll day for a technician to examine it as they had gone home. Service and most staff incompetent. Paige had no idea what she was doing, called Brandon over to explain they had no insurance for the car overnight (not true as they do as informed by Ryan. Manager Charlie also useless and no help at all and sneered when we asked for a note to confirm they had the car! Only decent salesperson there is RYAN ho as so helpful and knowledgeable. AVOID this store

My wife and I have been looking for a new car to replace our current one. Motorpoint came up in my webpage. So I gave it a look, it was easy to understand and navigate. Found just what we needed. Did a price survey, the price was right and the car looked great. Went to have a look and found the car was actually at another location. So we spoke to the staff and they arranged to have it brought over. Had a valuation on my car, we came to an agreement on the price. Pick up day came and we were told that the car was not ready. The staff had found a scratch on the car, they had this problem repaired and the next day the car was ready. Test drive went well so all the paperwork was done, and we were happy with the price, and the staff and the service.
