Bad service
For approx. 9 months ago, I traded at motorrad-ersatzteile24, I bought a set of brake / clutch lever. It turned out that the handles did not fit on my bike despite the fact that it was stated so on their (motorrad-ersatzteile24) website. I contacted the seller to arrange to swap the parts into something that fits my model simultaneously announced that they had an error on their website.
Here, the seller said that they could not exchange the goods since they are no longer sold in their shop. However, I visited their website the same day that I received mail, and produced a "print screen" where you could see that the goods were still for sale on their website and still listed incorrectly. - I have sent these images to sell but they have chosen not to respond!
I would not recommend shopping at motorrad-ersatzteile24, I have rarely experienced such bad treatment!
