Purchased the other day and the experience was incredible.
An excellent on line magazine and the shop is brilliant too.
I made a silly mistake with my order on 22 Dec, but e.mailed the customer service team and they surprised me by not only giving me a refund for the difference in the price a hour or so later the same day, but I was surprised as I also received my amended order (2 x limited edition posters) the next morning (today the 23 Dec), so they were received in time for xmas. This was a truly amazing and unexpected customer experience. A big shout out to Roshan and Alessandra in the customer service team and everyone at motorsport magazine. Keep up the great work.
I would not hesitate to purchase from motorsport magazine shop again as they have provided me such amazing service.
