I also have been scammed

I also have been scammed to the tune of $700. Can you tell me how to try to get a refund. Not even any paperwork with the order. I'm a senior on a fixed income. I should have just paid for injection. I'm really upset.

THIS IS A SCAM - REVIEW DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE START!

This product does not deserve even one star!!!! The product does not work and appears you cannot return your purchase unless done within 7 days after receiving the package! I allowed 45 minutes of video to suck me in and the ad made it sound as though you could return for a full refund if not satisfied. I have 7 bottles to the tune of $404 and when I queried customer service on Mounja Burn there was a disclaimer it has to be returned within 7 days and you have to include an invoice (which there was no package slip or invoice included in the package. IT IS A SCAM!!! I am going to reach out to credit card company to see if there is any recourse - perhaps they can provide me with a valid customer service phone # to start. DO NOT ORDER!

Caveat Emptor! Does not work. No Guarantee

I wish that the system would allow me to put lower than 1- Star. The product did not work for me. I did not even lose one pound.

When I tried to return it, per their advertised 60-day 100% money back guarantee, they tried to get me to accept keeping the product and getting approximately 33% money back. When I declined that offer, they told me that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. When I argued against that, they told me that I would need to provide a tracking number and pay for the shipping to return the product. I shipped it yesterday and now they are saying that I needed to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Because I didn't have that before shipping the product back, they would not give me any refund.

I'm disappointed that the product didn't work, and more disappointed with the lies they put in their advertising.

If I could give ZERO stars I Would SCAM

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
TOTAL SCAM.
They even have a NEW website showing a new label for the product stating that the old label (the one I purchased in the same month as the new label) is only 49% effective and the new label is 99% effective. So they are selling INEFFECTIVE PRODUCT. I followed the process for a "100% refund of every single cent" Yes that is on their website and they attempted to deduct a 15% restocking fee. I fought it to the end even getting my Credit Card company involved and received my 100% refund (they stated it would take TWO billings cycles - 60 days??? SCAM)

Their customer service SUCKS. Not answering the actual questions you ask, but sending a CANNED reply so it looks like they are replying in a timely manner. SCAM.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH BANANADROPS - YEP THAT'S THE EMAIL ADDRESS.

ITS ALL A SCAM!

bought the first set...does not work

bought the first set...does not work. I had bought the second set with more bottles at a significant discount. Never received the product. Told them I would suck up the first order but wanted a refund on the second order because does NOT work and never recieved. Been going round and round with them since early Jan. Now they say it is past the 60 day guarantee. They are such liars. They are doing everything they can to not give me the refund.

SOOOOOO glad I checked here first

SOOOOOO glad I checked here first! I had the form filled out and was ready to click the buy button and thought I better check this first. Thank you for everyone that took the time to fill out a review! I have been burned in the past withj "100% money back guarantees" that end up being false or too expensive to return. I was called on the phone from a woman with an oritental accent and she wanted to finalize the sale. I see where other people had this happen as well. This call was at 1030pm at night when my family was in bed already. I blocked the number, erased all my info, change the info, then exited the site. close call, thank you Trust Pilot!

Emily Martinez and her team are deceitful

I don't even want to give them a 1 star. I seen the so called Dr video about only needing 4 ingredients to loose weight and in the end it turns out that it's drops made out of these so called 4 ingredients. I decided to try and clicked on the 3 package but after clicking on it this damn so called Dr tries her best to push you to buy 3 to 6 more and telling you that there's only 80 something bottles left in stock. After declining this crazy dr pushes another ad with trying to upsell you jars of firm cream and claiming that product is not in the market yet. After declining yet again it wants to push another product on you to purchase pro biotic pills. After purchasing I googled the product and found it on Walmart for almost half the price, so decided to check on Amazon and guess what they are selling it there as well. There's no shortage of this product like she claims. It's false advertisement and decided to contact them immediately to cancel and request a refund. I got a response by asking to respond with a number that best describes my request again a said refund. I got another response which said to refrain from sending additional emails while they processed my order. They totally ignored me or are just plain deaf to their convenience. Now they claim they can't give me a refund because the order is processed and I have to pay for shipping and a 15% restocking fee. They also offered to be nice and refund me partially of 30% what a joke. I of course emailed them back but haven't heard back from them. I disputed charges with my credit card company and I'm hoping to find a lawyer to file a class action law suit against those scammers.

What a joke this product is

What a joke this product is. I emailed the company five times requesting refund of their 100% money back guarantee, never received a reply. I filed a formal complaint with my credit card company despite the fact that this business states that if you do this it will void your return. They can’t do that. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

This is a scam

This is a scam, I initially saw the video thru Facebook, I thought… this sounds interesting. But, bc I have been scammed from FB once before, I jumped onto another device and looked up the “official “ site for Mounja Burn”. While doing this I started to get phone calls & texts, saying, “You didn’t finish your order, etc. I continued to read the official website & YES…the ingredients are different & more than 4, & there is an actual address and name of the company at the very very bottom of the webpage. & it is different from the Cartplan (?) website page on Facebook! So if you are ordering from Facebook it is a scam!!!! I had all my info, to include Credit Card Info on the Facebook/Cartplan site, which is how they had my phone number to call me, but I never hit submit..I was still on the other device- on the official website. So I finally answered the call & told them “No, it’s not me, I am not trying to place an order. There better not be a charge or hack w/any of my information!” To which she got a nasty tone and said, “Fine, we will close the page” & just HUNGUP! Facebook is NOT a place u want to order from. Please, before you buy, open another tab or use a different device to do some research. Pay close attention to the spelling of the product in the Facebook website order page URL address. Even in the texts I was getting from Cartplan to complete my order, they were not using the whole name of Mounja Burn (which is how they think they can avoid a couple extra fines or charges from the original company), Mounja Burn” was abbreviated & even spelled different. Facebook is fine for looking for ideas for products, but ALWAYS open a new tab and browse for the product website; and if you decide to go with the product, stay at the official site and make the purchase. Avoid the scams via FB site. I will be watching over the next 24-72 hours for ANY fraudulent charges to the CC I exposed on the Facebook Mounja Burn scam ad site. I truly hope this site gets busted for at least false advertising, bc they did tout completely different product ingredients compared to the official website product description; so I am quite sure the product is Cherry juice, as some other reviews here have described. My experience took place just 15 minutes prior to finding this site and reviews so I felt I had to confirm - it is a scam if ordering via the Facebook 7hr video (LOL…felt like 7!) leading you to believe you were going to get a free recipe out of the goodness of her heart, @ the end of the video. “Like they say, “ if it sounds too good to be true, it more than likely is.” 2/17/2025 11:30pm

Mounja pure-Customer service Alert-do not give phone number

This is Mounja Pure review: I can’t attest to the actual product because I canceled my order.
red flag-She said there would be nothing to buy at the end but there was-She makes it sound like there’s a recipe she’s gonna give you
-She also stated five star reviews on trust pilot, but I’m looking at it and it’s 1.2 stars
-As I went to purchase the six bottles- before I was even done I received a phone call saying they had a special deal for me a seventh bottle. I said OK and we completed the order.(I thought the 7th bottle was free-it was not-my fault)
-Since I had left an uncompleted order online, I received three phone calls after already ordering by phone within - 10 to 15 minutes of each other asking me if I wanted to complete my order-I kept asking them to stop calling and a couple of them didn’t even say goodbye they just hung up- it was so out of control, I saw a you tube video debunking some claims and I checked here and saw the reviews- So I called and got an immediate refund. I don’t know how Dr Amelia is getting away with false marketing statements in the video Regarding the video being three minutes, they’ll be nothing to buy at the end and trust pilot reviews of five star-I might report this to the Better Business Bureau as a consumer alert
-(while I am writing this, they called 2 more times)

I agree with the others that this is a total scam. I took the product for over a month and did not lose a single ounce. When I finally was able to speak with someone, I was told I would have to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I wish that I had read these reviews beforehand. I can only say it was an expensive lesson learned.

Regret buying

I regretted buying as soon as I did. It took weeks to come and the bottles looked like they were in a warehouse forever, all dusty. I tried to cancel before it was shipped and they gave me the runaround so it would ship and then could charge restocking fee and shipping. Now there is an ad by them saying it doesn’t work and they have a new product!!!
After 1 bottle, I’m bloated like crazy. DON’T BUY!!

DID NOT WORK AT ALL

DID NOT WORK AT ALL. AND i'm active and i don't overeat. COMPELTE waste of time and money.
Not to mention the process just to purchase this is absolutely, unbelievably ridiculous. It takes 1hr+ just to hit purchase with all the unnecessary upsell videos they FORCE you to watch until you can purchase and even once you hit purchase, they make you watch ANOTHER video! another 15 minutes before you can hit confirm. AND THEN they still try to upsell you with more videos and links and emails! Its unbelievable! AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AS I DIDNT LOSE 1 LB!
